Actually, this was me trying to teach ds Heart and Soul on the piano this morning.

I may have overdone it in the garden, though got a decent amount done (demolished lots of nettles, planted plants etc) and we now have a working arial installed again.

Will be needing a long hot soak in the tough tonight though

Yy Taboo was fairly shocking last night Apricot. I spent a bit of time studiously looking at the fireplace/shelves/anywhere but the TV. Thought his manservant, Brace, was heartbreaking. Looking forward to the finale next week.

In other news I've now learned how to spell aerial.

Had a busy day after all
Went to an English heritage place and walked around for 2 hours
Then came home, did some laundry and made an early dinner
Then headache from hell arrived so dh took boys swimming and I went to bed
Ds2 now having his usual crying jag about going back to school after the holiday...sigh...every bloody time 🙄

Oh the poor love Badderz. DS1 went through a period in about Y3 or 4 of crying before school every morning, begging to stay home, asking to go to my mum's whilst I was at work. Spoke to his teacher who confirmed no issues at school. We found a very rare photo of me, DH and DS2 and put it in one of the pockets of his school bag. Told him he'd no need to show anyone or look at it, but it would be like we were with him. Fortunately that did the trick. The photo stayed there for a good while and then he fastened it to the back his bedroom door. It's still there

Hmmm, I don't mind the colour, but think it would look better if it were more gloss and less matte? It reminds me of the ubiquitous Farrow & Ball paint round where I live
