Such a wonderful woman who will be missed by so so many people.
No words seem enough, just wanted to raise a glass 🥃 to toast the legend that is Zombie & the legacy she's left behind.x

I raised my bottle of Black Sheep to Zomb at 4.30, and I've been wearing my red and green Christmas earrings all day. for everyone!

Evening all, I wore red today in honour of Zombie and had a quiet moment with ds sitting by the canal waiting for a non existent boat to go through the lock. Raising a pint of Tribute now. Sending hugs to ZFamily and the phalanx (especially the inner circle)

There were a few MN contingency there.
We drank to Zombie and we remembered her MNettyness.

I wore a bright red top today and raised a glass of Bailey's to Zombie this evening.

Love the music, two of my favourites and very poignant choices too.

Thinking of Zombie's family, friends, Phlanxers, lurkers and botherers .

It's been a very bittersweet day, I've loved reading all the ZombieStories but funerals are always so final I think.

What a day! Meeting Zlad and Zlass in person was very moving and I may have done a hug that lasted just that little bit too long...I don't think they minded too much though.

Beautiful service and amongst the tears many smiles. One thing to leave you with, as it really does some all of this up and it comes via the woman herself:

I'm so glad that ZLad and ZLass were able to be there yesterday. Like BBB, I was wondering, but didn't feel like I could ask.

As for me, DS2 did not wake up last night! I, however, did, several times . Oh well. I actually feel a lot better today than I did yesterday.

I'm planning on a day of just staying at home and not having to go anywhere! Somehow, we've managed to have something we needed to go out and do every day of this half term week - so much for my relaxing week off!

Didn't check in early enough to ensure I could raise a glass at the appropriate time. I was out spending my birthday money on some completely frivolous things I couldn't otherwise justify the price for just me! I suspect Z would have approved. Anyway, a little late, but genuine .
