Madame before I had the DC I was an Area Admin Manager for a Finance Company but there was no maternity leave in those days so when you had a baby you left your job. I finished work on the Friday and went into labour the next day which was a bit of a shock as I'd allowed myself a fortnight to get things done, but DS had other plans. When the DC had gone to school I worked as a Secretary/PA to an accountant and I was with him for 20 years until he gave up his business to retire so I was out of a job and decided to retire too.

I hate those anxiety dreams Helen, you wake up exhausted.

YY to LetUs's version of what my subconscious should be aiming for! Ta to all for the kicking - hopefully that'll learn it to provide HBFs and not random train trips.

PS - we are 'watching' Gumball (also no HBFs in that either), which DH hates with a passion... oh dear. Never mind, we're off out again shortly.

Finally on the couch with a glass of wine. Got up early today becauseof the eye test. Then some food shopping, worked a bit, done laundry and some other stuff. I also collected my parcel with clothes that I ordered and I'm keeping most of it
