I got out of ikea ok, but it was heaving! Got our tree, also got a candle (obv) and some paper plates and cups for Boxing Day.
And spoons, and new pillows for ds1.
Oh and batteries.
Met a friend for coffee after work...put the world to rights.

What is an Amazon locker?

Secure lockers in a location such as a supermarket where your, in this instance, Amazon order gets delivered to. You get your notification code, go to the locker, input/scan your code, and one of the lockers pops open and there is your parcel! It's brilliant - s'like magic!

So a neighbour (who I talked to once) further down the road called and asked if I was missing a package, turns out the post had dumped it on her stairs and she found it when she got home. Glad it was a nice neighbour so I got my package back
