cafe rouge in covent garden

cafe rouge is great - maybe for dinner if we don't do chinese - it is still the arm chair relaxing place that I am missing - although cafe rouge has a sction just for coffees etc doesn't it

yes - our local one certainly has arm chairs for relaxing in but then others don't. Might be worth a call to see ?
