Has anyone watched the new Beowulf yet? I'm worried about starting it in case it gives me the rage re historical accuracy. I'm not a pedant about it (e.g. Fine with Musketeers because they tried a bit (carrots, weapons etc)) but if it's really awful I'll hate it. I couldn't watch the Tudors despite Henry Cavill because it was bobbins.

My interest in Beowulf has just been raised. Quite a bit. Tolkien drew on Beowulf loads and that in turn influenced GRR Martin so it's all going to be similar in theme?
