Amanda - Friday night will be great night out I reckon, really busy and great pre-christmasy atmosphere.
PS very jealous of dress, although I am a size 10, I am chunky of arm and ankle

Hope you have a great time!

piglit · 19/12/2006 18:09

Amanda - can you ask him if he has a pc at home? You could tell him that if you stay over then you need to let your MN friends how the date went......

TheDivineLiliLaTigresse · 19/12/2006 18:10

Have loads and loads of fun Amanda, he sounds great, you will look beautiful (your dd is so sweet!!!), and I will be running to the PC when I get back from France to read the update!!!

naughtynoonoo · 19/12/2006 18:10

lovely dress Amanda, glad for our sakes you got a date this Friday, can't wait for the next installment on Saturday or when you can post again - you will probably be knackered . Another plus on having the date on Friday he may get you a christmas pressie like a DIAMOND - how exciting will that be, this is gonna make a good book and you will have to put us down in your list of credits and invite us all to the book launch, wedding oh I am so excited

TinselgalacticWalrus · 19/12/2006 19:26

Oh wow Amanda. I can't wait to hear how it goes!!!!!!

Don;t worry about your boss. As I said earlier, He's the boss of her, remember. So she can shove it up her botty.

You are providing sad old bags like me with much excitemnt

jeangenie · 19/12/2006 20:33

way hay - go Amanda!!!!

agree it is a lovely dress

think it'll be nicer to go out on Friday anyway, will probably be busier and a bit more atmospheric than the day after boxing day - apart from it being sooner so we get to find out what you get up to that bit faster

Thank god for this thread!
Haven't contributed so far Amanda but am loving it. Would just like to suggest seamed stockings? So long as the heels are fairly high.
Can't wait for the next instalment.

FiveGoldenFIMBOIDs · 20/12/2006 09:05

LRWG · 20/12/2006 09:21

Hip-hip-horaah for office romances!!!

BTW FiveGoldenFIMBOIDs - I mis-read your name and thought it said FiveGoldenFibroids! I think I need a cup of tea!

zookeeper · 20/12/2006 09:26

what a great, great thread, feels like the start of something BIG!!! (sighs wistfully and goes back to ironing and dirty nappies...)
I just loved the bit you mentioned way back about having to go to the bathroom to "grin stupidly in the mirror" Brilliant!

I hope you have a fantastic time.

Lucky cow

(sighs wistfully and goes back to ironing)
