An awful lot of things seem to remind you of last week's fanfic sparks .

Surely bad parenting is sending them to school in a wet jumper? If it works = good parenting as far as I'm concerned! Not that I'd admit to some of my methods in public

I used to park bm in front of the washing machine for longer than I'd like to admit. He loved it.

It did pale into comparison with the usually silent toddlermouse exclaiming "oh bloody hell!" In a perfect imitation of a brummie accent. I was so proud and also ashamed at the same time. I just hope he doesn't share his new words at preschool tomorrow.

In contrast Babymouse has picked up a very broad northern Irish accent, possibly from my father in law. And has distilled conversation down to three words - "hi", "aye" and "bye" which he repeats constantly.

I like tales of bad parenting. Makes me feel better. I've got some corkers I could tell ya!
Hoping baby elk is still asleep.
Hope badders is ok. It's a pain when you feel ill, and whilst you obviously want the bloods to come back negative, you feel disappointed when they do, because now no one knows what's wrong with you!

Today, I will be mostly watching Ds2 in his Rejoice Assembly.

It's not bad parenting - if you were a bad parent you'd still be in bed, the DC wouldn't have a clean (albeit wet) jumper to wear and you'd have no bread in to feed them!!!! My worst thing is TV and other screens.

Tart how old are the DC?

Last day only holidays here so loads to do but DD2 is at nursery so I have half a chance of getting stuff done!!!!
