I know nob is a posh bloke

is willy nob or knob?

Knob because it suggests penis, I think.
Penis is closer to door knob.

nob (posh bloke) is from "noble"

Willy = knob (according to the OED) because of the "rounded lump or ball at the end"

Also "nob" is old English for head.
