...?

they often seem to be the same people who would think twice about factory farming and sweat shops

In addition to the cruelty to the animals, there's plenty of underground footage out there - shot by people who truly risked their lives to get it - of thousands of children working in slave conditions to fuel this industry.

little children just like your own. loved just as much by their parents, too.

everyone who uses this drug adds to their suffering, just as heroin users fund terrorist activities, as groups like Al Queda grow the rough ingredients of heroin in order to pay for their activities.

sorry, but that's the truth.

it was the people/kids I was thinking of

but quite surprised at the animal stuffing with drugs

I hadn't actually thought of it before but will be using this argument on my kids when the time comes! Cheers Zippitippitoes.

I think people do think about where their drugs are coming from actually. One of the reasons I gave up smoking dope, was because I began to realise the political implications of supporting the drug trade.

I think it's probably the only argument you can use with a clever stubborn teenager. F**k knows what I'm going to use if mine aren't. (Clever I mean, stubborn I'm taking for granted)
