I'm doing a challenge type of thing where for 30 days I eat proper ( for me that's low carb) and do stomach excerises and squats. I started it this morning because I want to be stronger all round really and need to make sure I'm as healthy as possible.

I did start it at the beginning of June, but shit happened and I got weak wenches and I gave up.
