well i've managed to offend at least two people and am now being ridiculed on a thread! i've only been doing this for a few days. is this a record?

well thank heavens i'm not alone. didn't mean to offend, it was entirely innocent and i think/hope more the result of me typing too fast in the intervals between babies than any real intent on my part!!!!
was initially aghast (shaking, red faced and all) when read mean post about me but then realised that the people i'd offended must have felt that way too. have clamed down now anyway. i hope they have.
oh what a wonderful thing the internet is.
will try to be nicer in future.

i behaved like a thoroughbred twat on one infamous thread, not really for my views so much, but just getting into a stupid and needless petty argument with a [quite new and forthright] poster at the time. It wasn't my finest hour. I'm sure some posters still judge me for that, rather than the other countless threads i've been on, but so be it. I can't remember what other people have said or done half the time, so don't really judge other posters on anything but what they are saying at the time.

Ooh, me neither Ruty - I think that's a very good point.

The other thing you will find as part of the classic Mumsnet experience, Polly, is that the people you have disagreed with on one thread will end up agreeing with you on another - it's amazing how quickly what feels like a big rift can be healed when this happens

i was called a troll on one of my first threads, i bottle feed, the thought of extended breastfeeding a child over 2 doesn't sit comfortably with me, i used disposable nappies, i have no strong anti smacking feeings, im a chav, on benefits, used to be a social worker, single parent.....i could go on.

basicly there is someting on that list that would cause somene or other to dislike me and you know what...i couldn't care less
