HRBWIAM (havent read but willnin a moment). So today when it's advisable to get up early, DD slept through till 7am , even though I put her to bed at 7.40pm. Now is asleep again - we're in the car parked putside home after coming from the gym and a small shop.

Was trying really hrd not to do any top ups till at least Thurs but this morning's delivery had the wrong yoghurt for DD so had to get the proper one.

Poor thing has a spot on each cheek after two days of icecream and pizza. She also has a faint but itchy rash on her lower back/ bottom. Feel a bit guilty that I stuffed her with foods she shouldn't have just so I can socialise . Will run home now to put the shopping away, have a wee and will grab the tablet to bring back to the car.

Survived the in-laws but it was all a bit strained really. MiL was not impressed wasn't back by mid-evening but DrIssy backed my right to wench to the hilt and even picked me up from the station at midnight (he's earned many brownie points with that alone).

OTB and feeling meh. I am ignoring badders impressive list of chores done as it's making me feel crap. I have got a load of washing on the line and had a lengthy phone call with MIL so it's not been a total write-off. Oh, and I did book DD's locker for next year. What a crappy system that is - open for bookings on a school day with no prior info as to where the lockers are located. I'm waiting for her to get home to find out if I've booked one in the mostly wildly inconvenient place possible or not [nervous emoticon]

Thanks fancy and helen. Well on the plus side, tomorrow Im meeting a colleague who was on hol last week, and Im hoping she'll be more helpful than my pa unsupportive manager, so I might have a chance of understanding what the feck it is I have to do.

On the minus side, this colleague is leaving in 3 weeks. To be replaced by a fucking intern.

Just got back from ds's first ever rock climbing session. He really liked it. said it was like being iron man. However, I got a bloody parking ticket, so it was a bit of an expensive afternoon.

Hi wenches - DCs back at school today but i've not been feeling well so slept all morning, DH working from home so he did school runs.

We've got the fucking class bear - but only until Thursday So no chance to actually do anything - everyone else has had it over a weekend by the looks of things and the 'diary' is full of wanky competitive parenting 'oh what a shame Bear can't come with us on our holiday to Turkey next week'. Wankers.
