i think you just look offline constantly but not 100% sure.

they will just think your never online

you just look permanently offline (we tested it between me and DH when he wanted to block someone)

yeah you can still recieve their emails but i think you can block them too, once you've got one you can register it and junk and block the email, there should be a button somewhere, hold on a min il look!

if you've got a hotmail account, then the yellow box above the acctual message has unknown sender and written next to it report&delete or allow sender, i think the report&delete stops you recieving further emails from them.

sorry if thats not right, hopefully someone else might know a bit more, im pretty crap with computers too!

think thats the way it works, if you've got an old email from them in your inbox you can probably do the blocking immidiately (sorry cant spell) hope you dont have too many problems!
