If they are on your msn, can you not see the email address on there? Or have they got another email address besides that one?

nailpolish look at your contacts in hotmail and see if the email address is there, copy it, then go to your inbox and click on 'options' (top right hand side), then click on 'junk email protection', then 'block senders', enter the email address, press add, then ok.

I do this a lot with spam emails offering me viagra

Follow tinkerbels instruction,thats it spot on for blocking in a hotmail account,had to do the same with ex-p gf as after blocking her on msn i found her emaisl still came through so had to dig in deep to find out how to also block her there too
