Mm what else do I recall from my RAMHR (read and might have retained)? Oh yes Biff, Chip and fecking Kipper. DS is in P1 and brought home the very first book just yesterday. DD is in P3 so still on them though thankfully almost done. Like Norah I look for the comedy bits.

DS' class is not doing a nativity this year. There is a JW little girl in the class so they are doing a "winter performance" instead. It will be the first year ever that P1 do not do a nativity. The sensible nice part of me says I'm pleased she gets to be included, but another part of me is a bit pissed off tbh. They are still doing the church service at end of term so have suggested that they dress them up and sing Away in a Manger at that so its best of both worlds. It seems that is too much work. And I kind of get that but still..... At least I don't have to make a donkey or angel costume or similar with 3 days notice like the last couple of years.
