there is only one consultation evening which is tomorrow, and it's a bit short notice, but i'm going to have to try to change it for the latest time .. teacher won't be pleased
Unless i ask dh to come home early, but he'll be a scruff bag from work which isn't so good!!! haha

Anyone know anything about Alphabet Kidz? I sent them photos by post, and they've just rung asking if I could send them 2 photos by email quickly.

i know they are quite a new agency, isabel from cm nets los used to be with them and she said they were good and also no start up fees, they also only have around 300 kids on their books which is very good.

bbl: Sounds like they want to put her foward for something!!!!!! They are a fairly new agency but we have seen their kids at castings - off the top of my head M&S & XFM. I noticed a couple of their kids in the boots magazine as well so they do get some good jobs. Think i am right in saying that they charge about £40 joining fee for babies. Fingers crosed

My dd has been with AK for app 1 month and they are great! Lisa is really friendly and helpful. Dd has had 2 castings so far - M&B magazine (which she didn't get) and Littlewoods (we are going for their shoot 2moro). I can highly recommend!

She is 6 months so one of the babies - must have left the studios yesterday just before you and Elle arrived. We are going for the shoot tomorrow at 9.30 - hope to see you there. BTW - great pictures of Elle for the knitting company!

littlewoods casting was great - UA said the shoot is between 5 - 10th oct. KL must have had lots of kids at casting as lots were from there today too. ds loved it. the little boy b4 us was playing up i think and wouldn't let them take his photo.

we drove but it was right through kings cross. there waa a gas leak so traffic was terrible as A40 was closed both ways. after first lying to school, then getting stressed out in traffic thinking we were going to be late - we got in and he tried one thing on and had one photo taken - i was left thinking is that it - was it worth all the hassle. suppose it will be if he gets the job and not if he dont.

i wish i had started it wehen he was a lot longer because by now we might not have had to go to castings but get regular jobs from people we've worked for b4. IYKWIM

I can't get into CM either - maybe they are doing the website update? Isabel had said that they'd decided on pictures etc, so perhaps the web host is doing the techy stuff (as if I know what i'm talking about lol!)

Just a couple of hours ago. And I was told as well that the shoot goes on until the 10th - maybe they start with the babies and call in the older ones later?

Just wanted to tell those of you who remember Georgia from the cmnet shoot, that she got the woolworths xmas commercial and is filming it tomorrow!

It is really great for Georgia getting a TV Commercial on her first casting with a new agency. That must really impress!!!!

bbw my lo is with bk, she has been with them since about march, she has had a few castings with them and done a photoshoot for chessington zoo and a commercial for odeon cinema, so for us so far they have been good. How old is you lo
