More Harry Potter- Does anyone else think Snapes a goodie?

Having re-read The Half Blood Prince last week, I think he is on the right side, but no-one agrees with me! Anyone else sad enough to have an opinion on this?

Can someone less lazy than me check the prophecy wording please? Could it be that neither Harry nor Neville can live while Voldemort survives? Or am I grasping at straws? I just think that Neville has equal rights to go on this quest with Harry and has some trait/gift/added value that Harry doesn't so they should team up.

I was hoping someone might check the prophecy too - did consider it earlier, but am too lazy, in fact I am not even sure which book it is in! I feel that Neville has hidden depths, but then who am I to know.

Brilliant! Oh well, that scotches my theories I suppose - Voldie chose Harry, mmm. I have to think about this one. I could really do with reading the last two books again.
