Feeling really really wierd..... not ill as such but just not right - helpful tips appreciated please.

I keep going very hot, and dizzy when i stand up
Feel sick on and off - although not been sick and its not affecting my appetite
Am sleepy - slept til about 10.30 this morning, and then again between 4.30-6pm and am still tired
Feels like ive had a heavy night out iyswim
Lower part of my stomach is kind of tender, and it was uncomfortable when having sex today, kind of like a dull ache feeling.
Had a headache yesterday and have had mild headaches on and off today
Am more emotional than usual i think and slighty more moody

AF is due next week, and i think that this could be PMT or something, so if it is, what will make me feel better? Am so hot (but not all over, seems to go in waves) and not with it atm. Its not nice at all.

Or, could it be some sort of bug? Is there one going round?

lol totoise - It comes and goes (and was gone at that time!), its not a constant thing, it seems to be worse when ive just woken up.

Nope, not pregant am on the pill.

i reckon youre coming down with a bug tamba. hope you feel better soon. would have thought the pain is due to your period being due though.

have you taken paracetomol?if it hasnt worked have some neat brandy or whiskey. im not an alki but i know a few stiff drinks numbs the pain

LOL I will feel so much worse if i drink (seriously though, you can drink neat whisky or brandy - respect!!! I can only drink things mixed. Otherwise it feels like the skin on the back of my throat is burning)

Have taken paracetamol, but its not really doing much.

Why is it that at the age of 23 I would start getting PMT and AF pains when ive never had them before grrrr thought id escaped from them! I usually get nasty AF pains only when its actually here and not before hand iyswim.

i mix the brandy with coke. yuk couldnt do neat really

my periods changed hugely over my life (im 38 now), i didnt have pains as bad as after ds1 was born, then they got really bad,had 2nd ds andthey werent as bad!but my pmt got so severe that doc prescribed Danol which has stopped periods and pmt altogether. fantastic

BTW, the symptoms you describe I sometimes used to get before my Af.... and it was a UTI. I was always more prone to them just before my AF. The pain usually came after....an.... orgasm!

cistisus stings when you wee doesnt it? My wee is fine I remember having it as a child though, and it wasnt nice!

Why would it be only on my left side? Its annoying me, cause thats the side i sleep on.

I had really nasty kidney infection back in march/april and was on anti-Bs for weeks. Hope its not that again, although my gut feeling says that it isnt

Im honestly not pregnant. My pill is my friend and it understands how devestated i would be if i were to get pg in the near future. It wouldnt let me down

Seriously - I get sore boobs and indegestion when pregnant and havent got them.
