Feeling really really wierd..... not ill as such but just not right - helpful tips appreciated please.

I keep going very hot, and dizzy when i stand up
Feel sick on and off - although not been sick and its not affecting my appetite
Am sleepy - slept til about 10.30 this morning, and then again between 4.30-6pm and am still tired
Feels like ive had a heavy night out iyswim
Lower part of my stomach is kind of tender, and it was uncomfortable when having sex today, kind of like a dull ache feeling.
Had a headache yesterday and have had mild headaches on and off today
Am more emotional than usual i think and slighty more moody

AF is due next week, and i think that this could be PMT or something, so if it is, what will make me feel better? Am so hot (but not all over, seems to go in waves) and not with it atm. Its not nice at all.

Or, could it be some sort of bug? Is there one going round?

the reason I said check temp tho is that you can get hot flushes with a temp, ergo virus!!!

when ever my temp goes up I too get hot flushes....not every time, but most times (IYGWIM?). sore lip probably doesn't have anything to do with it, unless you have a little one who could have hand foot and mouth....(when mine had that I got it, with sore lips and a temp).

but......seeing as you have just said your temp is up slightly, you are getting hot flushes, and you also feel 'odd' I am going with a virus.
it may be turning into a UTI tho, which is why you are feeling achy 'down there', and for the ache in one side....I got a lot of cysts on my overies when on the pill (altho that said, I did have policystic overies), and cysts cause hurt and acheyness on one side.

OR.....you could still be pregnant(and really only saying that now cos I jsut have too)

ooooooh there is hand foot and mouth going round in the nursery of my friends daughter.

for kiddies tends to be a temp, sore mouth with spots on the inside of the lower lip, rash on palms of hands and feet, and in some they also get a rash on their bum (my DD3 and DS2 both idi!!).

me....i got a emp, felt 'off' and the got sore lips leading to ulcers in my mouth.

can't say about my hands tho as I have quite sensitive skin and almost always have rashy hands and feet (and the rest of me too), but seeing as you say it is about, then maybe it is that!!!!

oooh.....if I am right aren't I good getting that from just a mention of a sore lip!!!

Hands and feet look fine.

I think i might just be run down, have had a stressful few days.

well stress + being a mum + feeling odd + new Pill = needing some time out!!! (and that isn't the time out where you been naughty and have to go sit on the stairs either)

are you able to???

NOPE, strike that....sex in the afternoon cancels you out for that.....I don't get that during the day anymore. would be too scared of the kiddies waltzing in.

Ive had to cancel tonight too

It mainly hurts between my hips now though - like where a c-section scar would be. Still mainly on left side. Have decided its just AF due (on monday) and am being a big wuss. On the bright side though, I was bought choccie today and that helps

In all seriousness though these two things could be separate, your dizziness could be middle ear infection, that makes you feel really crap, like you're drunk, (cheap drinking session heh) like you say tummyache could be pm, but hot flushes sounds like hormonal inbalance or menopause.

Chocolate and champagne, night in sounds good

Feeling a little better after a sleep, but still not well enough to go out Am soooooo hungrey though!! (how can you be feeling sick and still be starving!!!) At least the boys are with their dad today so im able to just do nothing, I think I might phone a freind and get them to come over and watch a dvd or something tonight, wont be to put out at not going out then. Roll on Monday when Af arrives and all this disappears!!

Still getting the hot flushes though. Tsk. Have more sympathy for my nan now when she used to moan about them!

Could you be ovulating, i get hot in both ways when i am but also get tummy pains on one side sometimes it hurts more than other and when i get up too.
