I have my bath filled with cool water and i keep getting in and out of it!

Have just put a jug of juice in the fridge....

CountessDracula · 19/07/2006 12:52

the tube is above 50 degrees, and buses

Just thank your lucky stars you are at home and can cool down!

Bugsy2 · 19/07/2006 13:20

Tube is vile. Felt sick on it this morning it was so hot.
Upstairs in my house is 30+ with the aircon unit on.

Bugsy2 · 19/07/2006 13:21

that should be WITHOUT the aircon unit on!!! (Heat addled my brain)

saltire · 19/07/2006 13:23

So obviously my area of Fife is the only part in the WHOLE country with no sunshine whatsoever!

sugarfree · 19/07/2006 13:41

The conservatory windowsill(outside),is at the top of the thermometer which means 50+.
The kitchen is 34.
I can't physically stand in the southfacing, sheltered back garden at the moment.
Our sandwiches at lunchtime were crisping as we were eating them.
Think I've nearly had enough now.

LadyTophamHatt · 19/07/2006 13:44

only 28??

It's 39 where I'm sitting........next to my bloody awful, ridiculous conservatory.

LadyTophamHatt · 19/07/2006 13:46

sugarfree I haven't been in my garden for days.....

Well, actually I have but only when it's dark and that to hang the washing out!

Bugsy2 · 19/07/2006 13:57

Can't go out in my garden during the day either. I have decking & I can't even stand on it!!!

nannyme · 19/07/2006 14:09

Thanks to our frigging conservatory and living in a single storey house ours is 31 inside. No escape!

MrsSpoon · 19/07/2006 14:19

You have no sun Saltire??? Lovely here in Dunfermline, going to sit in the garden now.

LadyTophamHatt · 19/07/2006 14:21

MrsSpoon · 19/07/2006 14:27

It's only 24 degrees in our house just now. It is nice outside but TBH I would prefer a little more heat.

LadyTophamHatt · 19/07/2006 14:29

MrsSpoon??!!!

in the niciest possible way...are you mad????

MrsSpoon · 19/07/2006 14:35

Yes! Completely barking!!!

It's never hot enough in Scotland.

Mercy · 19/07/2006 14:44

It's currently 32° in our kitchen, loads hotter up here.

DumbledoresGirl · 19/07/2006 14:47

I can't believe how much I am enjoyng the heat. I used to be very bad with it but now I find myself feeling all holidayish and relaxed. I even did some gardening today both in the cooler morning but also at lunchtime and it was at least 33 C then. Is it going to end soon?

DontlookatmeImshy · 19/07/2006 14:55

Outside it's 35 degrees in the shade!!!! I have done so luch washing today. It dries in about 5-10 minutes.

It's 32 degrees inside downstairs.

The poor air-con is working overtime and still struggling to get below 27 in ds's room. But compared to the rest of the house it feels like heaven.

And omg I have to go out in the car soon.........

DontlookatmeImshy · 19/07/2006 14:56

much washing.

DontlookatmeImshy · 19/07/2006 14:56

FoghornLeghorn · 19/07/2006 15:44

Bozza · 19/07/2006 15:47
