Does anyone live around Woking/West Byfleet?

We have just moved here and I was wondering if anyone else lives around here? I want to find out about toddler groups and so on so I can get to know some people!

i know Weybridge well and there are two there . Ask your health visitor or ring local schools they should know where they are .

I live in Aldershot (nr Guildford). I go to Baby Odeon on Thursdays normally film starts at 11.30am. This is at Odeon Guildford cinema. I have got a list of the films if you send me your email address, i will send over.Hope that helps.

Theres a pamohlet type thingy that tells you everything in the local area ,that should have some info in . Best of luck .

Bethany babes have a fantastic toddler group in Woking,very friendly,i think there are about 4 groups as its so popular.

DD has come home from school today with a magazine about primary kids in surrey or something like that - will look at it later.

We are looking to move nearish too. Either Weybridge or Walton on Thames by September.

I must live close by you, although both my boys are at school now and we lived elsewhere when they were toddlers so am not very clued-up on toddler stuff. Both Woking and West Byfleet libraries have storytime for toddlers. Woking is Wed at 11 a.m. and West Byfleet is Tues in the afternoon (I think 2.15 p.m.). Both libraries are also good for picking up leaflets or checking the noticeboards for toddler groups, baby gym etc. Do you want to give us a hint as to where your dd goes to school, I may know some mums there?
