Laundry baskets - where are they situated in your house?

as ive got one in our bedroom and i could do with another one in the kitchen for everyones or is that naff?

dirty clothes basket in dh and my room, one in girls room. one in trolley for hanging laudnry out, sprea for folding/ironing in laundry room.

Our laundry baskets are located just to the right (or sometimes left) of the pile of dirty clothes....

We have one on the landing, one in our room, and one in DSs' room.
