From the front room I can see the cars passing by, then an old brickwall with some dandilions growing on a grass verge....hmm interesting..whats your view like?

Northerner · 04/04/2006 12:20

I'm at work at the moment and can see a drug rehab centre and a salvation army place.

Olive Oil wins this hands down with her fabulous view. Sure she'll be along soon to gloat......

katzg · 04/04/2006 12:20

a car park and the entrance to the maternity hospital - i have never seen a women doubled over in labour outside though - strange!!

SenoraPostrophe · 04/04/2006 12:21

blue sky.

it would be nicer if we weren't in a basement.

milward · 04/04/2006 12:23

Trees & hedges - neighbours gardens - not much happening!

Nbg · 04/04/2006 12:24

My front garden and driveway, along with some blue sky and sunshine.

joelalie · 04/04/2006 12:26

My newly-laid lawn, play-house, new 6ft fence on one side (cr*ppy old holey one on the other side), Postman pat bike in a puddle where DS#2 has been washing it ...and some shrubs. Bit further away the backs of other people's houses and washing lines. Not terribly inspiring but better than this time last year when it was like a building site.

mazzystar · 04/04/2006 12:27

downstairs - garden, park, tip of a sand-dune
upstairs - marine lake, the mersey, new brighton, welsh hills and miles of sea

MrsBadger · 04/04/2006 12:29

view is mostly blocked by ranks of lever arch files, but can just see some Portacabins (nice!) and, if I lean over, the very top of a flowering cherry tree.

dinny · 04/04/2006 12:30

lovely view - village green with duck pond, playground and behind that, hills with lots of woods. and a nice blue sky today.

JoolsToo · 04/04/2006 12:32

Floss the sheep, 2 greenhouses and the fellside beyond

BettySpaghetti · 04/04/2006 12:33

about 30 miles of town and countryside -beautiful!

georginarf · 04/04/2006 12:33

The A316 dual carriageway. Very picturesque!

at least the sun is shining

Piffle · 04/04/2006 12:34

hedge, rural road then field then the A15 about a mile away, then more fields :)
Rear window our lovely garden, our fish are finally swimming having warmed up!

Misspiggy · 04/04/2006 12:34

From my desk I can see over the parade square to the lake beyond (complete with ducks and geese), trees just about coming into blossom and a church spire in the background....gorgeous and a big improvement on where I used to work which looked out over Sainsbury's car park! Grin

tweetyfish · 04/04/2006 12:34

The White Swan Pub and a sign to the salvation army... looking on the positive side at least the sky is blue!

GDG · 04/04/2006 12:34

Back garden, edged with enormous trees, beyond that a brook and fields. When it's summer I can't see the field cos of our trees.

yackertyyack · 04/04/2006 12:43

I am on the fourth floor in an office in green park and can see other windows of other boring offices.....however if I squint to look a bit further there are hotel windows and we quite often catch men in their boxers/towels Grin thats about as exciting as my view gets!!

To the front I can see the woods, and sometimes a deer or two.

To the back I can see about 100 birds in our garden, and assorted toys and lots of daffs.
Past there, I can see horses and fields.

Tis lovely, our view.

mythumbelinas · 04/04/2006 14:03

My car on the driveway, and neighbours houses opposite. Can't wait till the trees start blossaming .. goes all lovely and pink all down the road in April

ProfYaffle · 04/04/2006 14:06

Front - A1077 to Attleborough, charming. (but have seen 2 horses this morning)

Back - our garden then an old windmill converted into a house. (well I am in Norfolk)

Back from the attic room is the best, open fields and big East Anglian skies.

oliveoil · 04/04/2006 14:09

did someone ask for moi Northerner?

Brag? Brag? Now what is to brag about an imposing gothic town hall straddling a cobbled square, currently bathed in sunlight, surrounded by budding trees?

No supermodels today, but I saw a badly dressed football player and his orange wife earlier.

oliveoil · 04/04/2006 14:10

oooh yy - I saw the posters for XFM, but couldn't find your original thread to post it on.

MissChief · 04/04/2006 14:10

littlerach - sounds idyllic!
my current view? undersides of 747s if I look up, my patio, some triffid-like trees, our muddy lawn..
