22-22-22!!!!!!!!!! Seriously?!

I couldn't get my back below 30, I'd literally have to crush my ribs, same goes for my hips, can't get them below... well, don't know the inches but no smaller than a 6..

turniphead · 14/03/2006 00:04

yep - my nickname was 'tilly tin-ribs'

fastasleep · 14/03/2006 00:06

Half tempted to starve to see if I could 'achieve' 28, 24, 28 status, it's possible... but again, WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

fastasleep · 14/03/2006 00:10

Oh then again I was coutning bust as bra size rather than... ooh.. let me see...

from top to bottom - 29, 25, 31... if I got any thinner I'd look undead, and I'm only 5'4!

QE2 · 14/03/2006 00:10

At my lightest I was 6lb 10oz.

ahem, I was an american size 4 8 yrs ago, I was not particularly thin. I have also a couple of friends who use American 0 but, mind you, they are very far from being tall.

fastasleep · 14/03/2006 00:11

At my lightest I was microscopic!

JanH · 14/03/2006 00:16

Your waist doesn't signify what your hips are though, does it? Depends on your build.

(Sorry if this is out of synch but 2 of my kids just came in from the pub and I had to talk to them...ohhhhhhhhhhh I'm so oooooooooold Grin)

JanH · 14/03/2006 00:18

Speaking as one whose waist measured 24" at the age of 4 Grin

UCM · 14/03/2006 03:26

I thought I was sexy at 36-28-38. OMG

UCM · 14/03/2006 03:26

I was aged 19 at the time, am nearly 37 now

UCM · 14/03/2006 03:28

Measurements now are more like

48-48-48

hey that's motherhood

nightowl · 14/03/2006 03:51

i actually own a uk size 6 dress..and it fitted me when i was 18.

now it hangs sadly in my wardrobe and i look at it now and then, wondering if one leg would fit in it Grin

arfissimo · 14/03/2006 04:26

Agree, posh is looking terrible. I dropped to a size 6 once and looked like a walking skeleton (am 5'8) (don't worry, vast quantities of wine soon got the flab back in the right places). Her BMI must be way, way under 20.

AND I competely refuse to believe that 'it came off naturally after having children'. That's the complete opposite to what happens to the rest of the world. She's got to be anorexic now, surely?

Spagblog · 14/03/2006 07:06

Lockets, I thought PCOS makes you heavier not lighter...I blame my lardiness on having it, but I also like my food! Grin

blueteddy · 14/03/2006 08:05

Is there such a size as a size 4????!!!
That must be seriously small!!

yackertyyack · 14/03/2006 08:08

.....can't beleive that Jordan can be a size 4 - she would topple over!

snotbox · 14/03/2006 08:13

god that is awful - if she wants more kids like she says she better beef up! Surely her periods must have stoppd by now!?

FrannyandZooey · 14/03/2006 08:14

Some quite sweeping comments here about weight that would be obviously insulting if on a thread about how fat someone was. Not everyone is naturally the same size, thank god.

Agree Mrs. Beckham looks like her internal organs are consuming themselves as we look on in horror.

Pixel · 14/03/2006 12:13

Weight gain is one problem with PCOS normally.

I think sizing on clothes varies depending on where you buy them (or how expensive they are). All those celebrities who dress in designer gear and claim to be size 6 or whatever never look any different to me as far as I can see. It's just that designers don't want to upset their rich clients by making them feel lardy, whereas at Primark they don't care Grin.

Yes I have some Gap jeans that are size 4. They are just as big as my size 10 Next ones and bigger than my size 10 Pilot ones. Actually I got the Pilot ones recently at a Designer Outlet. I tried on Levis, CKs, Guess etc but they were all too tight on the hips/thighs and too big on the waist and too long in the leg. So I had to get the Pilot ones.

Normsnockers · 14/03/2006 12:36

She adds an extension to the "you can never be too rich or too thin" adage..... "or too miserable"

I do feel sorry for her though.

I wonder if she realises that the average woman with a brain doesn't envy her they feel sorry for her.

Tatties · 14/03/2006 12:40

I didn't know size 4 existed.
