Yes I do find myself being spiteful to DH when he has been a selfish B***D. Only very minor things but the satisfaction is worth it.

For example next month he is going to the grandprix in malaysia for three days yet he whinged at me for going to nottingham for a hen night (we're in MCR)

My spiteful act I have put some of his stuff on ebay to fund my trip!

If I'm spiteful then It's usually cos I'm in a foul mood anyhow.
Um otherwise someone really has to be severely annoying me to push that spiteful button.

I am usually only spiteful in payback mode. If someone really hurts me i will become spitful. Me being me I don't do it behind peoples back I tend to say things to the individual who hurt me have a blow out and then all is well again.

I have just been sitting in the bath feeling really mean and guilty about some remarks I made about a celebrity on another thread. It was really vindictive and I'm not usually like that. It was actually because she reminds me of my mother, I think. So yes, I have to confess I am capable of being really nasty. I don't like it though.
