my lovely dh still dj's after 17 years.. i'm sitting in his office surrounded by his stuff.. a pair of 1200's, pair of cd mixers, keyboard, mixer, shedloads of cd's and 7500 BLOODY RECORDS!!!!!
i want to sell them all as most are worth a fortune. he used to play at all the old raves.. his taste in music has mellowed a little now..

What a nightmare-havent posted for 72 hours so this has come off my list and ive spent an age trying to find you lot.Found it this minute.

No job as of 31st March for definate!!!!!!!!

Dp is out so i will be on hear for the rest of the evening.

Can you believe i was on mumsnet at 3am this morning-is that mad,sad or normal?!

My golf hasnt been stolen or broken into yet and has now done 500 miles

Just been at a disco!!! dd has one every term,the kids run riot and there is a bar(very cheap too).

How is life?

I am alright here as at the end of the day i do not NEED dp so can leave whenever.We have at least communicated this week and cleared the air a bit and behaved like grown ups-god forbid!

It could be worse with dp-we are actually sharing the same bed,but no sex.

Our relationship has gone in cycles for so long so i have decided to go to Relate to get my head sorted out and then must decide to stay or go for good.

Dp has been crawling up my bottom since i bought my new golf!!!!

you've got the same age gap as me. Been with DH for 12 years and has been up and down. Went up for good when we got married strangeley enough.
ds is 6 in april and dd was 1 in jan. It is hard. you either have to stay and work bloody hard at it or make your decision.. It's like living in limbo isn't it

If i leave i will be ridden with guilt for the rest of time.
If i stay i will have to put up with whatever.

notasheep, glad youve chatted to dh,your friend was blunt, but honest i spose. im one of the people who wont "put up with just anything" and i wont taken to be treated badly so rather be on my own. glad you going to relate, i have heard good things about em.

allie, to be with your man 12years is quite an acheivement!i admire anyone who has a long happy marriage(he sounds lovely on the phone by the way).

my parents have been married 41years and i would have liked to have been but im too old to meet someone and be married that long now!god, im waffling

I am actually divorced myself.Dh was a gambler,so that was the end of that.
Dp not a gambler,but personality very alike,I can see myself repeating past relationship.

Do you think we are attracted to a certain type time and time again?

thanks 7's. we met when i was 17 and he was 20! he is lovely. has taken a good few years training though.. was crap with money for ages, but now i don't give him any!
i'm on a diet... eating grapes...
