Hi Cyan,
Just had a bath and came back to see your thread, it has taken me while to catch up but I am here now, for what it is worth here is my opinion - What you have to think about with SD is, would you be together if you didn't have ds? and are you staying with him because of him (SD) or because it is someone?
These are both hard questions but IME it would be better for ds to have a happy mum who is on her own than one that is - My sister has just had to make the same descision (sp?) Her lo was 4 months old and she realised that dh & her did not get on, she said it had been like it for a long time but having the lo made her think of his future and she took action because of that! It turned out that dh was having an affair anyway, so she deffo did the right thing (not that I am suggesting SD is) I am just trying to say that staying together for ds is no good because he will sense that you are not happy Sorry I waffled on a bit there - I wanted to say about your MIL aswell but I think I have said enough for the time being - lol! Where abouts do you live again? Maybe we should all mmet up for a good old natter and set the world to rights

mykidsmum · 13/02/2006 23:27

oh misdee, how is he doing??you old raver you

cyan · 13/02/2006 23:27

yes, she wanted to have charlie stay with her at least 3 nights a week to let me study. no thanks i told SD. i made a point of completing my degree with a newborn, and coming out with a 2:1. not saying i didnt have any help from her bcos charlie did stay there towards the end last 4 weeks of finals he stayed a cpl of nights, but i did about 90% off it by myself. I used to go to the computer room, with my mate keef and his gf, and would have charlie hanging off me whilst i was typing up essays, late at night of course!!!

my dp loves dance music, like misdee did the whole rave scene back in the eightees early nineties. we have very different tastes but that is great we educate eachother. Love Razorlight at the minute and the new Richard ashcroft album is stunning, but please even my kids like the kaisers

mykidsmum · 13/02/2006 23:34

night 7777777, you are not old, sleep well.xx

misdee · 13/02/2006 23:35

we were meant to see green day over the summer, but had to sell the tickets as peter was too ill.

peter is doing ok, attack of the guilts as i wont see him tomorrow, he is at a different hospital in the afternoon for eye checks.

cyan · 13/02/2006 23:37

night night 7s hope liam is ok. will email you tomorrow and maybe we could sort something out for your interview? xxx

mykidsmum> richard ashcroft sounds great at the moment. I have alot of respect for him, he finished the Verve at thei peak IMO so he didnt keep churning the songs out and riding on the bands name, unlike a lot of bands. Misdee was a raver!!!! did you ever go to the sanctuary or helter skelter?! SD was and still is a drum and base nut and a hard houseman!!
