Excellent blanket, and cute children too.

What was the blanket all about? Must have missed something...

NewBethlehemGirlwithsparkles · 16/12/2005 12:21

Wow, it's lovely!

PruniStuffing · 16/12/2005 12:23

Oh wow. It's brilliant. Even spotted my squares.
I now realise I didn't send Marina the label with my MN name on. Oops.

bossykate · 16/12/2005 12:43

Mercy · 16/12/2005 16:19

That's amazing! Who did the large square in the middle? You lot are so clever - and kind.

LOL at Elmer!

LIZS · 16/12/2005 16:23

impressive !! Love the idea of Elmer.

MIstletAOU · 16/12/2005 16:27

ooooh doesn't it look lovely! It really works well together - you'd think we'd really carefully planned all the colour schemes

HRHQueenOfQuelNoel · 16/12/2005 16:28

ooo Bundle's DD2 looks just like a (RL) friends DD had to take a 2nd look to check it wasn't here LOL.

Hulababy · 16/12/2005 16:32

Wow! Well done to everyone. It looks great. Lovely models too

walkinginawinterBundleland · 16/12/2005 16:47

large square was courtesy of notquitecockney

tamum · 16/12/2005 17:01

It looks gorgeous- the edging is fab. Don't think we should say anything about what it's for though without permission from the recipient to be honest. Well done everyone

walkinginawinterBundleland · 16/12/2005 17:04

tamum, could you see your squares? I quite enjoyed doing the edging..and I think my girls are really going to miss it it's become a favourite snuggly thing

tamum · 16/12/2005 17:05

I could certainly see the rubbish crocodile and the ice-cream! The crochet just pulls it all together brilliantly. We could go into business....

walkinginawinterBundleland · 16/12/2005 17:07

there is nothing rubbish about the croc or the ice cream (we'd have to charge a fortune though!)
our rowan stockist round the corner smiles every time she sees me...

tamum · 16/12/2005 17:08

We would, wouldn't we, ah well. Thank you for your kind words

suedonim · 16/12/2005 17:09

Wow!!!!!!!!!! That's amazing. How is the edge finished off - is it a knitted edging or has it been bound with something? Well done to those folks who put it all together - it's some achievement.

suedonim · 16/12/2005 17:10

Oh, okay, I guess it's a crocheted edging!

walkinginawinterBundleland · 16/12/2005 17:11

sue, thought knitting bands etc woudl be too fiddly so opted for crochet, it really helps to make the edging a bit more rigid too.

harpsiheraldangelssing · 16/12/2005 17:22

oh i see like ELMER
geddit now
it's fab, what's it for?

puff · 16/12/2005 17:29
