My friend called her son Isaac, I wasn't keen at the time but I love it now.

i nearly passed out when dh agreed to let me choose it as our boys name! (but then we had 2 girls)

I also know a Crispin and Theo who are brothers.

I like Solomon too, but it was the name of my sisters teddy (or elephant I think it was!) when she was growing up! Isaac is cool too!

We use to call Christopher Kip for short, he loved that and didn't like being called Chris, it seemed so grown up to call him Chris. We lost him when he was only 4, he died from a brain tumour

Travis is cool.

Theo was on our list actually! Dont like Crispin -sounds a bit too snobby!

Sorry to hear that Sarah. We call Tegan Tigger and she loves it except when I shout her in the playgound - i sometimes forget she is growing up.

Sarahx2005 - I love Evie, I considered that for my dd but my cousin said she wanted to call her dd that (if/when she has one!) and I decided on another of my favs instead!

I do that too! Not shout at your daughter obviously! We call Zack - Zackypoo (he is 6 now!) which is not great for him and we call Kai - Kaibert (dont know why really!)

Thanks guys, his name really suited him, he was a really sweet boy very kind and gentle and so very brave.

Plus if my dd has been a ds I was going go for Fin(lay)... love that name.

JenumGeranium I know what you mean Tegan is 7 and gets embarrassed really easily especially in front of her mates
