Not including housework or sex, ??

I need to start doing some but me and exercise have never been the best of friends so not sure where to start.

Is it best to go to classes ??

Only exercise I ever liked was Aerobics and Badminton (until the teacher insisted i played properly).

What about aqua thing classes or bums, tums and thighs ??

this sounds sad...... i do DIY step aerobics on my bottom stair at home. I do it 3 x a week for 30 mins.
wont pay for gym as ill never use it, and i ain't running around the streets where i live- ill have all the hoodies chasing me.

thats why you ahve to run in disguise...layer it on including wooly hat...shroud your body with massive ill fitting clothes...start to peel em off when teh inner you becomes more gazelle like

i walk 4-8miles a day, with weights

ok i do the school run, pushing a buggy with over 55lb of weight in it

I go to aerobics because I don't have the discipline to run and I hate swimming. Three times a week should do it. Provided you don't have a fag and a burger afterwards . It's finding the time that's the problem.

i can't stand any kind of formal exercise eg the gym - get soooo bored - so i walk a few miles every day with baby in buggy. depends if you have the time though.

I do martial arts (Wing Chun and/or QiGong) 4 or 6 times per week, it's fun! I like the self defence aspect (I'm training to teach women's self defence classes) and it's really good for toning, posture, health, confidence, etc.

I swim 4 times a week but you do have to push yourself to get any results.

Nutcracker, is there anywhere you could cycle to regularly e.g. train station, work, shops, visiting someone. Only form of exercise that doesn't feel like a chore to me, and for a bonus it gets me somewhere I would otherwise get to more slowly - if I were to join a gym AGAIN I know I wouldn't keep it up, it takes time to get there and back and it bores me and is expensive.
