Just been having a look for this guy and the first thing l saw was him talking about watching the Welsh national anthem being sung in the Principality stadium before playing Wales . He was blown away with it @Thebookofcarolagain.

Watched it all and i am aching from laughing. Keith Floyd, Gladiators, Game Shows, Father Ted references, forgetting lines, cracking up laughing, insulting the audience just a laugh a second. And very clever while seeming nonsense. I need a lie down.🤣🤣

Had some korma and baked potato for tea. Left most of the chicken for ds2 tonight i hope he fancies it or it will have to go in freezer. Not having it again tomorrow!

We went to the local shops to see if there were any Easter bargains .
Tesco and Waitrose nothing was reduced. Aldi eggs were all reduced and all the other Easter stuff included HCB so l bought a pack of the luxury rhubarb and custard for 59p 🤣
And 4 small Smarty eggs for 49p each and that was it 😁
Morrisons were the same, no reductions so we neednt have bothered Just going to have a cuppa and one of the said HCB lol 🤣
It could just be us re Grace l think our attention span is dwindling 😂.

Oh I might pop to Aldi.tomorrow then @DirtyGertiefromno30 i only need a couple of things but..
Have run hoover around, and pork shoulder steaks are in the oven. Tidied up kitchen and done!
I got rhubarb and custard hcbs but they didn't taste of either rhubarb or custard @DirtyGertiefromno30 hope yours does.

The rhubarb and custard HCB's were delicious they had bits of rhubarb in them just yummy @Thebookofcarolagain😋 .

Just had tea, very tasty. Whipped up a batch of biscuit dough and threw some cinnamon in, not too shabby. Having 2 with my cuppa.
It was a sugar brands website, weird all the ingredients, nutrition, utensils but no recipie. You had to click on a strange question to find the method but there was no oven temp! I could work out the method myself! Very strange. They had a comment saying there was no recipie, they said thanks for pointing it out we have fixed it...yes hiding it in a freaking list of questions they had on the page, written by themselves, but no oven or timings!
Oh well they came out fine with careful monitoring😄😄

Honestly that would have annoyed me too, no oven temp or timings is ridiculous, but fair play for trusting your instincts and getting them right anyway, sounds lovely with a cuppa😋
That website setup sounds so odd. Saying they fixed it but just burying the method in some random question is hardly helpful 🙄.

Shopping today, ds1 is coming with me.
Had to order a tablet last pm as I ran out. No idea why but I suspect its because I get 2 months supply of every other tablet but I take this one twice a day. Will go to chemist and see if I can get it on my repeat prescription form while they wait for the script. Will double check all my meds first! Hopefully my hosp meds are at surgery too. I forgot to put the order note in my diary early. Made a right howk of things this time!

I slept well though the tablet sorted me out thankfully 😁.
Sounds like you’ve got a proper sorting out day on the go. Easily done with the tablets when they’re all on different timings, especially if one runs out quicker than the rest 🙄. Good shout checking everything while you’re at it, saves another trip👍
Nice you’ve got Ds1 with you too, makes it a bit more bearable 😊

Shopping done. Just went to HB and Aldi. Only thing worth buying in Aldi in 'Easter' sale were 2 marzipan bars. Nothing in HB shelves were cleared @DirtyGertiefromno30

Popped out to garden area in HB but nothing i fancied. But....I did get 3 pkts of seeds. More sunflowers and some mixed flowers. And maybe 2 lots of dahlia corms and pkt of Anemome bulbs fell into my trolley from the 3 for £5 bit 🤣 Well mine might not grow, i need to be prepared! 😄
Still sunny and car was warm sitting in it but still a cold wind back home. Having a hot cinnamon swirl before I tackle the meat to put in freezer.
Aldi was really busy and so was McDs. In and out the shopping area was heaving with traffic. Maybe everyone thought it would be better today🤣🤣
Damm just realised time. Am taking ds1 to.appoint at 2 and going to chemist...i wont have time for my munchies.

Home again. Got my hosp meds from surgery (I actually remembered!) And a weeks supply from chemist. Will need to go back for the rest.

Just back from the market And the library, got the washing in and put it away and got a nice cuppa and an egg custard 😁 😋

Phew. Done filing, put stuff upstairs, meat in freezer, tidied scrap paper, put date to.order my meds in diary! Checked seed packet instructions. Will sow them tomorrow if weather permits. Have a few tulip bulbs teasing me in my pots, can't wait plus other daffs. Gonna cut them once they start to open cos I can't see them from house, no point in that! Should have done that with first daffs.
