Another bitty day here. Sunny, cloudy cant make its mind up day.
Just pottering, done kitchen cabinet doors, put more drain cleaner down just pottery.
No big plans.

Sounds like one of those can’t make its mind up days @Thebookofcarolagain. You’ve been productive though, cupboards and drains sorted out nice one!
Pottering days are so nice, no pressure to do anything. Hope the sun comes out a bit more for you , l have put the washing out in the vain hope it will dry 🙄. I’m taking it easy today , we did go shopping really early but we were back home by 11.15 . I got up early and got going because of the terrible traffic yesterday so we learned our lesson.

Meh it's foggy and cold now @DirtyGertiefromno30 just awful.
Have cleaned living room windowsill where my succulents sit. I forgot to do it before I put them back. Gets a bit damp with all the foliage so gave it a good scrub, dusted living room and have everything ready to make chicken korma for tea.
Sitting down with a coffee first.
I bet everywhere is busy this weekend @DirtyGertiefromno30 . Pity about the weather though, not much fun for kids going to a beach town for a holiday with this weather.

You’ve earned that coffee break! It does sound like everywhere will be busy this weekend, especially with the holiday crowds, and it’s a shame about the weather. Foggy, cold, and raining is definitely not ideal for anyone with kids heading to a beach . At least you’re cosy inside with a nice coffee and a plan for a lovely tea 😋

Korma is on, I put a tin of chickpeas in just to see if they taste better spiced up. Not a big fan of plain chickpeas, ds2 likes hummus but ds1 never bothers with it. Will see.

I should have got HCBs yesterday @DirtyGertiefromno30 but I walked past then thinking I will get them on the return down the aisle and forgot. Oh well less to munch!

Well done on the Korma @Thebookofcarolagain l bet it will be delicious 😋 l like Chickpeas and think they will be nice and go well in the Korma 👍🤞

Korma was nice, very filling though. Chickpeas didn't really taste of anything but the spices so something healthy added without fuss😁 Am stuffed and didnt even have a big portion.

Chickpeas are great for that aren't they @Thebookofcarolagain, they just soak up whatever flavour you throw at them so you get the goodness without even noticing. And if you’re full off a smaller portion that’s excellent 👌 👍

Popped into ds1s room to say I was going for a shower and see if he needed the loo. His plate is sitting there with a little pile of what I presume are chickpeas on it🤣🤣 (couldn't see from door) Wonder if he even tried them? 🤔
All set for the night. Doing no more till ds2 comes home.

You did well getting some bits done in the garden before it changed again. The Daffs sound lovely, especially the triple headed ones, they always look so full. Bet that Tulip is teasing you, it will probably pop open the minute the weather settles.
Typical timing with the coffee though, you finally sit down and then have to leg it back out again. Hope you managed to rescue the washing before it got too drenched.

The washing had only been out about 5 minutes when it started raining and i ran out again so was saved before it was drenched @DirtyGertiefromno30 The weather changed in an instant!
Been sitting under my fleece with heat pad on it was so cold!

A cream horn? Ooh yum. Where are you getting all these treats from? No fair😄
