I'm on birth control..so no periods..but having all the symptoms of either perimenipause or pregnancy... Ik..get a rest..but I'm broke...live in country with no car to get to doc..I'm on disability and have no family or friends..anxiety is getting really bad

If you think the symptoms could be pg, could you be? Have you done a test?

Are you getting any help for your anxiety? What do you usually do that helps? There’s a mental health section on MN which could be of some use. There’s also a Menopause section too if it turns out that you are peri menopausal
