We'd like to hear thoughts on employment and the workplace from those who are working in healthcare.

This survey is open to all UK MNers who work in healthcare.

All who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw where 1 MNer will win a £100 voucher of their choice (from a list).

Please click here to complete the survey.

Thanks and good luck!

Weird survey. Many things like salary and flexible working policies are set by national policy for NHS so pointless questions re those.
Did seem to be phishing for information. Is the email address only for the prize draw purposes @JustineBMumsnet ?

mummabubs · 08/01/2020 22:36

I also got a nervous feeling that this was all an info gathering exercise for the private sector/ agencies so made it clear in my answers that I would not consider jobs outside of the NHS and I'm happy where I am! My job title also wasn't on the list and the closest title I could go with showed whoever wrote this doesn't really get what it is that my profession does. Oh well! Would be good to have reassurance from mumsnet that our details are not going to be used for agency recruitment purposes as if so that's very misleading.

BooseysMom · 09/01/2020 06:59

@MNHQ please respond to provide reassurance. Thanks

JustineBMumsnet · 09/01/2020 10:09

Hi all, thanks for your feedback on this one. Just to let you know that the email address at the end of the survey will be used so that we're able to run the prize draw. In addition, any data we share will be in aggregate (eg 20% live in London, 50% in full time employment), so nothing in your answers will be attributed directly back to you.

@TigerBreadAddict Not all healthcare professionals work in the NHS though.

BooseysMom · 09/01/2020 19:40

Yes, TigerBreadAddict, many have been contracted out to private providers, particularly in mental health
