We'd like to hear thoughts on employment and the workplace from those who are working in healthcare.

This survey is open to all UK MNers who work in healthcare.

All who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw where 1 MNer will win a £100 voucher of their choice (from a list).

Please click here to complete the survey.

Thanks and good luck!

Done!

i have done this but as there is no comment section for feedback i want to feedback that the list of healthcare professions didn't have mine on it which i think is very poorly thought out and quite frankly a little insulting. i think you should revise your list. i am a dentist so would have thought that would be included in a list of healthcare professions? alongside GP, pharmacist, nurse etc?? very poor

Spam88 · 06/01/2020 19:16

Us clinical scientists were forgotten about as well, but it's nothing we're not used to. Siiiiigh.

CheekyFucker · 06/01/2020 19:20

Done. Strange survey. Not what I expected at all.

Mum2jenny · 06/01/2020 19:31

Done, very strange survey indeed.

drinkingwineoutofamug · 06/01/2020 20:24

Done. Missing off the list as well but mine is a new role so forgive this once

madamy · 06/01/2020 20:28

How odd. Felt like a recruitment drive for agency work!

Yes, weird poorly structured survey.

Done

nespressowoo · 06/01/2020 21:38

Done but my job wasn't listed. I'm a health visitor. Midwife on the list but not HV?

Whateveryoudoordontdo · 06/01/2020 23:04

So that was surely just an information gathering exercise for employment agencies who now have our email addresses and know if we're thinking of changing jobs and what would persuade us to move...

Carriemac · 07/01/2020 08:25

Started this as I am a healthcare professional but the male /female /other question is ridiculous so I am not participating

happypotamus · 07/01/2020 10:55

I started this, but got to question 15 where it asked are you a healthcare professional. The thread title with the link to the survey was do you work in healthcare please take our survey, so how did I answer 14 questions before being asked if I worked in healthcare?! (I think I might have already done the survey weeks ago when it was just a general employment survey not specifically mentioning healthcare in the title.)

TooleyVanDooley · 07/01/2020 13:32

I’m hoping that individual answers and email addresses won’t end up in the hands of the agencies?!

TheVeryHungryTortoise · 07/01/2020 16:52

Done!

PawPatrolMakesMeDrink · 07/01/2020 17:29

As if I’m going to name my employer.
And strange that GP surgery wasn’t in the list of employers.

HappyHarlot · 07/01/2020 20:36

It was the question asking which area we fitted in for me. Drs are apparently highly professional, but us nurses (or any other HCP) aren't?

CheekyFucker · 07/01/2020 21:21

Hopefully none of us have stated which trust we work for.

I will be furious if an agency contacts me.

Mum2jenny · 07/01/2020 21:34

I think I might have identified where I work, but hope I didn’t. Wasn’t thinking at the time I filled in the questionnaire

Obligatorync · 07/01/2020 23:23

Not an easy one to fill in. Kept leaping about!

nespressowoo · 08/01/2020 07:47

I put my trust 😬

Done.

@HappyHarlot Those categories aren't just used in this survey, I believe they are the socio-economic classifications used by the Office of National Statistics
