Do you have a child aged under 18? Please take this survey - £500 in vouchers to be won

We’re working with a charity and would like to find out how you may feel should you ever be faced with having a child in hospital.

This survey is open to all UK Mumsnet users who have at least one child aged 0 to 18.

We're aware that the subject matter of the survey is sensitive, so please don't feel obligated to complete the survey if it's too upsetting or uncomfortable for you.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw where one respondent will win a £300 voucher and two runners up will win a £100 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).

Hi @BackforGood thanks for the feedback. We're very aware many of the questions will depend on personal circumstance and it's because of this that when we come to analyse the data (once we have all responses in) that we'll look at any differences in the aggregate data of those - for example - with a child aged under 5 versus those with a child who is a teenager. It's the main reason we ask for demographic information towards the end of all of our surveys - we're aware this won't cover all differences due to personal circumstances, but wanted to give you a bit of context. Smile
