We at MNHQ are doing a bit of work with NHS Digital to find out about your experiences and feelings when it comes to managing your child's health and care information. This includes your use of the 'Red Book' and any other digital or paper tools to keep track of your child's development and health records.

NHS Digital and NHS England are working on developing better ways to help pregnant women, new parents and health and care professionals to find and share information about a child's health and care. For more information about this research please contact [email protected]

Anonymised data from this survey will be shared with NHS Digital, who will keep this information secure in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your Mumsnet username and email address/contact details will not be shared with NHS Digital.

My iPad just auto filled the details for being in a study which I don’t want to do, so can they be removed? I only noticed as I hit submit. Still want to enter the draw.

Is it not worth restricting this to parents of young children? I've just gone to complete it but really most of the first few questions are relevant to parents of under 5s. Made me realise how long ago weaning and teething were for us!

Same as my hamster I found the website auto filled the section about volunteering to be a media study despite me not selecting it. (I autofilled further down...and went back to look and my details had been added in higher up as well). They need to unlink those fields
