We have a short survey for you about childcare. This survey is open to Mumsnet users living in England with a child born between 1st April 2013 and 31st March 2015.

All who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £50 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).

Done, however my August 2013 baby has just finished Reception. The 30 free hours didn’t come in till he’d finished nursery and started school. Confused

I clicked on this and was confused about why I was being asked about childcare hours for my 14 year old and then realised it said 2014 not 2004! 😳

Did the survey but when I clicked to add my email address it went straight to the ‘thanks for completing the survey’ page before I could enter my details so assume I won’t be entered....
