I just did the survey, but nowhere did it ask for my username and email address! Hope I can still be entered into the draw!

Cheeky that when I tried to enter my details, it redirected me.

I clicked back and it comes up with 'you've already taken this Surgery' so I wasn't even entered into the draw for my time!

Email question was at the very end. That's a LOT of info for the chance to win £100. I didn't want to leave my email though - I only did it because as a GC feminist I also want to be a valuable MN customer.
