Hello. Can you call women's aid and talk to them? As far as I know you can leave the birth cert blank in the father section but others will have more helpful knowledge than me.
And this is a thread about a survey so people who can give you more advice won't see it. Maybe you can report your post and get it moved to Relationships?

Never yet met anyone who has won any of the big prizes on mcdonalds monopoly yet it sucks me in every time!

I also snorted at restaurant.

A happy meal is a perfectly adequate size for my nearly 11 year old.

It's about time they asked questions about vegetarian/vegan options for children. I've stopped going because of the lack of one.
