As part our Family Friendly programme, we want to find out a bit more about Mumsnet users’ experiences (or not) of flexible working.

By ‘flexible working’ we mean any working pattern that is different from the norm and aims to accommodate employees’ needs. This could be a job share, or an agreement that you can work from home on certain days, or working a combination of long and short days, or compressed days - and probably lots of other combinations.

This survey is open to all Mumsnetters in the UK who are employed, or have been employed in the past.

Everyone who takes part and adds their details at the end will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 voucher (for the store of choice, from a list).

Here's the link again: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/67TVGSW

Thanks for your time and good luck with the prize draw.

Done. I work in a super flexible job. It's not the job itself it's the attitude of the business owner.

However it comes at a MASSIVE price in the form of working for a start-up at NMW as opposed to the £40k I'd have been on if I'd gone back to my old job.
