Pearson - the UK's leading educational company - have asked us to find out how you feel about reading with your child, and the support and resources you get from your child's school and elsewhere.

Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey - it is open to all UK Mumsnetters with at least one child in the earlier stages of learning to read - aged between approximately 3 and 7.

Everyone who completes the survey and who adds their details at the end will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 John Lewis voucher.

Please note all responses are confidential. You will not be sold anything as a result of this survey and your name will not be linked to your responses.

Here's the link again: here

Thanks and good luck, MNHQ

done.

do you only have a chance of the survey prize if you post "done" here? I've never done this before and never won, so here goes...

Grin

though with question 5, perhaps it could have had, as an option, do you think that your child's progress is being hampered if the level of books being given is too easy?

CarGirl · 16/03/2011 19:27

Hmmmm very limited questionnaire - there wasn't the option to express the opinions I have Confused

AnnMumsnet · 16/03/2011 20:20

Do feel free to add your POV on the thread - tis a big topic and we had to keep the number of questions down a bit

Ann is a wonderful name for a child to see when learning to read. And "mumsnet" is a perfect addition for using those phonics, isn't it?

Shall I send you a stamp to make it cheaper for you to post my voucher? Wink
