Pearson - the UK's leading educational company - have asked us to find out how you feel about reading with your child, and the support and resources you get from your child's school and elsewhere.

Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey - it is open to all UK Mumsnetters with at least one child in the earlier stages of learning to read - aged between approximately 3 and 7.

Everyone who completes the survey and who adds their details at the end will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 John Lewis voucher.

Please note all responses are confidential. You will not be sold anything as a result of this survey and your name will not be linked to your responses.

FreudianSlippery - it can mean whatever type of learning establishment you use I guess....if they are starting to learn to read then it is ok (we were vague with the ages as they are all different!) thanks and sorry for the delay in responding
