I tested size 5. I liked that they were reliable and thought the patterns were cute.

1. What are the best features of Pampers Active Fit Nappies, as a parent and as a baby?

I found they looked nice, were slim, and fit well. They were more than absorbent enough for our little girl, and they didn't stink like some do! We use cloth nappies part time and find the smell of some disposables very strong.

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried?

We usually use Rascal and Friends nappy pants when using disposables, but I like a traditional taped nappy when out and about as I find them easier to change and don't need to strip the whole bottom of the outfit off like with pants! The pampers ones lasted just as long as the pants, and she seemed comfy in them.

1. What did you think of the fit of the nappies and the protection from leaks they provided?

We didn't get any leaks which was good, I tried using them at night which we don't normally as find taped nappies can leak so use nappy pants, but we didn't have any leaks from them. They were flexible and fit our little girl well.

We tested size 5, our little one is at the lower end of the weight limit for size five. The nappies aren’t too ugly (!) and are very easy to put on/ take off. Also I like the tab which allows me to stick it closed once removed.

As a baby, the speed of nappy changes (no faffing!) has improved which means more play time!

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried?
   

They have kept my little one dry overnight and he hasn’t had a sore bottom since using them. I’m pretty happy with them to be honest. The only other nappy I would choose would be for their eco credentials rather than anything to do with the functionality of the nappy

No wee leaks at all. A couple of poop leaks at the waistband but I suspect it’s because my little one is quite skinny and perhaps would have been better in a size down

They were nice and slim, not bulky at all and very absorbent. My little had no leaks in the nappy which she regulates leaks through the other brand we use.

Not bulky, no nasty smell like some nappies have and the design was nice.

They were a little tight around my little ones thighs (she is quite chunky though!) but the overall fit was good. They done the job and didn't leak.

Size 5. I liked the design and the softness of them. My little boy is only just in Size 5 so they were a little big but didn't leak. He seemed comfortable in them as well.

Little bit too big but we are in between a size 4 and 5 but they didn't leak. Seem more absorbent as well.

I do like pampers for nappies and nappy pants but only when on offer as they can be quite expensive!

They are much better than the Aldi and Asda ones we’ve tried for our son. We didn’t have to change him multiple times in the night unlike other brands.

I tested size 4 and I really liked how they fit and how soft and slim the nappies are.

These nappies are slim and really soft, the straps are quick and easy to use and are strong, there's no nappy fluff attached to them like with the nappies I usually use and they don't break when pulled like the ones I usually use sometimes do, the fit was perfect for my son and he seemed very comfortable in them. they also don't smell when full and the designs are nice. Definitely the best nappies from the pampers range

I usually use bamboo nappies, which is mostly because it'sbetter for the environment. However I have tried what feels like every brand of nappy before and this is different the best non eco friendly nappy I have used.

Fit of the nappies are wonderful for my son, they're very flexible but also strong and secure. We did have some issues with poo leaks but I think that was more to do with my sons loose nappies this week rather than a reflection on the nappy itself! We used them overnight and had no wee leaks and actually they weren't bursting full in the mornings which our usual brand seem to be!

I tested the size 5 nappies. I liked that they didn't leak and also preferred the pattern to the baby dry which is the type I usually use.

They were comfortable for my child, they didn't leak, they have a nice design and they are thin.

I always use pampers nappies as I find every other brand I have tried leak. I didn't find the active fit any different to the baby dry other than the design though.

They fit well and we did not have even one leak which is a rarity with my child as he drinks a lot!

As a parent, the fit was great and the nappy robust and doesn’t leak. As a baby, the design is really fun.

I’m loyal to Pampers even though they’re not the cheapest on the market because they fit my chunky daughter and they don’t leak. Other brands I tried (Aldi, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Kit & Kin) don’t fit properly and do leak!

1. What did you think of the fit of the nappies and the protection from leaks they provided?
   

Great fit - my daughter has a chunky bum and they cover this nicely. Also really good in terms of leaks. Sometimes we get a lot of liquid at night and it held this nicely.

I tested size 5. I most liked the stretchy leg surrounding, they fitted my son really well and had no leaks at all.

They're leak proof in the way they fit my son, which is a win for us both. They look nice too and the wetness indicator is handy.

They fit much better than the supermarket own brand which I usually buy, and I found they hold a lot more pee. The only thing I didn't like was the chemically smell of the nappies. My usual ones don't smell like that.

As above, really good fit and leak proof. Perfect for a wriggly energetic baby.

Size 4. My daughter is a quite awkward size ( slim/lean frame but long) loved that these seemed to fit so well and patterns lovely on nappies.

I haven't been able to get any other nappies to fit daughter properly without leakage!

We tested size 4. I liked the fact these seemed less bulky than a lot of brands so it was much easier for my son to move in them-that and no leaks!

The cut of the actual nappy and the ease of movement for my son and for me as the parent no leaks is a huge bonus!

We tried lots after Aldi stopped selling their premium line. I'd say these ones have much better absorbency and are softer and better fitting than other brands we tried.

1. What did you think of the fit of the nappies and the protection from leaks they provided?

As I said they seemed to be cut better than lots of nappies making them much more comfy/wearable for my on the go 17 month old and so far not one leak. They also absorb a lot of wee for those moments when little ones do an epic bladder empty!

Overall very pleased and will continue to use them.

We tested the size 4 nappies. I like the design and that they are slim. They don't mark my daughter's legs like others do.

They are slim and comfortable. No nappy rash.

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried?

Normally a fan of Pampers but they are quite expensive so tend to buy a few when on offer. They don't contain huge poo explosions, the only nappy I've found that does that is the Sainsbury's own brand ones but they leave sore marks in the creases of my daughter's legs.

1. What did you think of the fit of the nappies and the protection from leaks they provided?

I love the fit. They are great for wees, no leaks at all overnight but really struggle with poos, they come the back and through the cuffs, could be due to the sheer size of the poo, though 🙈 we still buy them though due to not marking my daughter's legs.

Size 4. I liked that in the entire time I used them, they never leaked once.

As a parent they were easy to get on and off, and were very absorbent. Baby seemed very happy with them, they didn't get in the way of his crawling or standing. They also didn't irritate his bum, even though he's teething.

They seemed more reliable, I felt comfortable when out and about with baby wearing them, knowing we were unlikely to have spillage disasters.

They fit perfectly and did not leak once.

Size 4. Firstly, I love the design on the nappies, it was super cute and colourful. They felt good quality also. They seemed very comfortable when they were on my little boy as well and we had no leaks so didn't have any complaints.

For me, no leaks! This was the main reason I signed up to test these nappies. I have had trouble with leaks for both my son's. Especially during the night and waking up to having to wash bedding. For my little boy, I think the comfort of them. They weren't as bulky as other brands.

No leaks! I was having leaks frequently and didn't have one using these nappies. I was very sceptical at first too as the nappies don't feel very thick but they absolutely do the trick. Again, I love the prints on them and look super cute and comfortable on my little one. I was previously using asda own brand and these r thick, bulky and I get leaks. Also don't have as nice a design on them.

As per previous answers, this was the best feature for me as it was the reason why I wanted to try them. Probably worth paying extra for Pampers now as I don't have as many washings to do as a result of the leaks.

For baby they definitely appeared comfortable.
For me they were really easy to put on - definitely the easiest and quickest nappies I've used, which is important with a baby who doesn't stay still for a moment. I liked the design in terms of being soft, slim and having a nice design on them. I also liked that they didn't smell when full with urine which our usual ones tend to.

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried?
   

They are one of my favourite nappies based on the reasons given above - however I wouldn't switch to them over my usual supermarket brand as they are too expensive to use regularly.

They seemed to fit really well. No leaking of wee at all. We did have one poo leak though, which we haven't had in months in our usual supermarket brand nappies.

We tested size 5. My daughter is at the lower end of the weight range for this size but size 4s have stopped fitting properly so we're now transitioning to 5. I love the fit of these and the big tabs to fasten.

Excellent absorbency, we used them overnight with no leaks or problems. Even for my wriggly sleeper. My daughter seems happy and comfortable in them, with no nappy rash or any other issues.

I definitely feel these fit brilliantly compared to other brands we've used, and the absorbency is great. We've not found any other brands that don't suit us to be fair, but these are certainly a favourite.

My son jiggles around a lot at night and sleeps on his side. These 2 things lead to leaks, even from other Pampers. Not one leak when we used these ones. Best thing for baby? A dry night!

We tested size 4. I liked the cotton-like texture of the nappies both on the outer and inner layers. The nappies felt soft and comfortable for my DD.

The softness is excellent for a baby, as it makes the nappies more form fitting and less bulky than other nappies. For a parent, the best feature is the way they fit so securely meaning no leaks.

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried?
   

We usually use Little Angels. The main difference is the material. Little Angels are more plasticky and can be a bit bulky compared to Pampers Active Fit. The latter is much softer and more flexible allowing the nappy to more closely fit the contours of a baby’s body.

The fit was excellent and we experienced no leaks.

Tried size 6. I liked that they are easy and quick to put on (toddler prefers nappy pants usually) and they were colourful design

As a parent, the tabs had a good hold, the leg cuffs were stretchy so meant no leaks. As a child, he likes the pictures on them

I liked them, I usually buy Tesco brand,found these to be more cute pattern and more stretchy round the legs
