1. Which size of Pampers Active Fit Nappies did you test and what did you like most about the nappies?

We tested size 5 nappies. I think what I liked best about these nappies is that they didn't leak during the night and my daughter obviously found them comfortable as she started sleeping through the night for the first time in 18 months.

I really liked that the nappies weren't bulky and looked quite comfortable. I also really liked the wider locking tapes, they were stretchy so moved with her but also stayed in place really well.

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried?

We have tried every supermarket own brand of nappies, they were ok during the day as we could change her more often but every night we would be woken by a soaking wet baby. She also got nappy rash quite often. The Pampers active fit nappies were a god send. She hasn't leaked once at night and because they are super absorbent she also hasn't had any rashes.

1. What did you think of the fit of the nappies and the protection from leaks they provided?

The nappies fit really well. They are soft, light weight and not at all bulky. The tapes stayed put and because the waist wings are soft and stretchy they moved with her and didn't dig in. They kept my daughter dry and comfortable all night a first for us. I would absolutely recommend these nappies we will definitely be sticking with them.

We tested size 5 I liked how they fit. They were the perfect size for my son giving good coverage without being excessive in size and thickness.

They were more absorbent and softer.

I was expecting leaks as we haven't found a brand that didn't over night but was pleasantly surprised. We had no leaks and the nappy didn't even look full.

Size 5. They didn't leak overnight!

As a parent, the fit (and soft feel) appeared comfortable and no leaks was amazing.
As a baby, the design was nice to see.

They did not leak once overnight. I currently use 2 brands of nappies, a daytime one and a nighttime one as the first brands leaks overnight (huge surplus from gifts). Using the pampers 24/7 was lovely because of this and I was hugely impressed. My older DC/helpers even asked why I wasn't asking them to pass me a "night nappy" anymore after their sibling's bedtime baths.

The fit was comfortable. There were no leaks at all and I was impressed.

No leaks, very good fit so they allow for movement, tabs stick together well

We tested size 5.
My favourite things were the sizing guide on the waist band and the slim fit of the nappy that facilitated movement.

The slim style of the nappy that allowed my baby to move around relatively unhindered, while still protecting from leaks.

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried?

I thought the fit was better and there were no rashes or marks from wear, however, I'm not sure I would switch based on price alone.

We experienced no leaks and we used the nappies overnight too. Thought the fit was very good and didn't hinder movement at all.

I tried size 4, I liked how absorbent they were and the designs on them were so cute!

The absorbency.

I normally use Fred and Flo nappies and although there's not much difference that I found in absorbency, the pampers ones just generally look cuter and don't seem as bulky!

They fitted really well and we had no leaks!

We had size 4, I liked the fact they are a really good fit on my daughter.

Definitely the fit round the legs, no leakage as well. Good absorbancy all through the night. They were easy to put on as well.

Definitely the best I've used.

A brilliant fit, as mentioned above.

Size 4. I liked that they were very soft and slim with a nice design but best of all the tabs were really stiff and sticky which is great for my extremely active 10 month old.

The tabs generally stayed put. And I thought they were a nice fit and felt very soft.

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried?

Fit wise they seemed good but we did have a few more leaks than with our usual brand. I think it's because the leg ruffles are a bit stiffer than I'm used to and my baby is harder to change than an eel would be so I didn't always quite pull them all out well enough.

Not great sadly. I think they are technically brilliant if you fit term perfectly, with my first baby they'd have been great but this one is so strong and hard to change that I can't spend much time perfecting the fit as he runs away. They're brilliant if I perfect the fit but we had a few leaks when it wasn't perfect.

The nappies were soft, not bulky, came up high at the back and fit well around the legs. Also liked the pattern on them

Much softer and less bulky (didn't feel scrunchy!), nicer design on them

I actually like a taped nappy for DDat night they stay in place better. Highly absorbent and kept DD dry even at night-she sleeps on her front

Hands down the best but the most expensive too

Size 5. I love these nappies. In my opinion they're the best nappies on the market. They are bombproof against leaks, even overnight.

They are a good fit that seem comfortable to a baby who never stops moving!

They're the only brand of nappy I can put on if I'm off out for the day and not worry about leaks. They seem to last longer on than other nappies.

Great fit, baby seems comfortable in them. I like the high rise back which definitely helps to contain the poo explosions of a poorly baby.

We tested size 4. I liked the softness and flexibility of the nappies most.

1. What are the best features of Pampers Active Fit Nappies, as a parent and as a baby?

As a parent, I would say the snug fit around the waist and legs is one of the nappy's best features - we haven't had a single leak with them. For a baby, the softness of the material is definitely the highlight. The wetness indicator is useful too.

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried?

They are clearly made of good quality material compared to supermarket brands - we have also used "eco" brands which have felt rough and papery in comparison. I don't like that they have a fragrance added to them though; I understand that most people would find it pleasant but I prefer unfragranced products. I also didn't like that they have a pattern, presumably with non-environmental inks, but again that's personal preference.

The fit was perfectly snug around my toddler's waist and legs, he seemed comfortable in it and moved around without any hindrance. Despite being a very active child, we haven't had the leaks that we experienced with supermarket brands (Asda was pretty bad) and the nappies held a good amount of liquid considering we have a very heavy wetter!

Overall we were quite impressed and would buy them for days out and holidays (we use cloth nappies at home). I would recommend them for those who are using disposables full time too.

I’ll preface by saying I found it really hard to find size 6 nappies in my local supermarkets - plenty of size 4 and 5, but the 6s seem to be a rarity!

Size 6 - I liked how stretchy they were, there was a good amount of give which must make them comfortable.

Aside from the stretchiness, they looked nice, and weren’t too bulky. No chemically smell either. Very nice.

As i’d expect from Pampers, the nappies were really good quality, and had the stretchiness and quality that you don’t get in cheaper brands.

Really good - they were quite slim fitting, but I have a small, but old, toddler. Very happy overall

Size 4- they felt soft and had a nice design. They fit well as some nappies in this size seem a bit tight on my DD even though a size 5 is really visibly too big for her. No leaks, no poopsplosions which is alway a bonus!

I thought they were great, did the job, easy to get on/off. The only difference I think is the cost which is a big factor for my family

No leaks so was great. She seemed happy and had no red marks round her legs which had happened with other brands.

Size 4. I like most that they are reliable and nearly never leak!

They’re very slimline which appears to be comfy for baby and the tabs are really sticky holding it all in place but also adjustable if baby is wriggling when you’re trying to pin them in!

Great! I very rarely use other brand nappies because ultimately I think that pampers look and feel more premium and have never let me down

3. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried? - Good quality and fit well; the issues holding me back from buying them would be that I am similarly satisfied with cheaper brands such as Aldi.

My DS at 12 months is the lower end of size 5 so that's what we tried. My favourite thing about the nappies was the lack of leaks!

They don't have that chemical pong some disposables give, tabs were easy to close and didn't rip apart like some, and the patterns are cute!

They are less bulky but fit well, perfect for my very active DS.

I thought the nappies fitted well, my DS has long but skinny legs and these fit him nicely and didn't leave red marks and he didn't leak in them which he does in other nappies. They even lasted overnight (12+ hours, he likes his sleep) and unlike other brands we didn't have to strip the cot in the morning 💧

I tested size 4. My 12 month old suffers badly with eczema and most nappies irritate her skin. The pampers are soft on her skin.

As said above the softness. I also liked that they move with her. She is extremely active and very slight. I like that they move with her and don’t leak. Baby likes the colours!

There is only one other brand that don’t irritate her skin. These are equally as soft. The design is more appealing which may sound silly but my little one does not like to sit still so hates getting her nappy done. The fun design of these nappies gets her interest which makes it easier to change her.

My little one does not sit still, she walks, runs, climbs, gets herself in to positions i cannot even think of! Pampers stay in position no matter what. Even after a full night if she poops before i change her they still hold strong. I’m impressed and I have dismissed a lot of nappy brands for not being comparable with my little pocket rocket.

We tested size 6 nappies. They were very absorbent and fitted well.

The tabs felt nice and secure and they didn't leak. Baby seemed to like the patterns and designs.

We normally use Aldi nappies and they were just as absorbent as our regular choice.

Brilliant, other nappies always leak when my child wiggles around at night time but these were snug and secure.

1. How do Pampers Active Fit nappies compare to other nappy brands you've tried? They are about the same, I didn’t think they were much superior to the Aldi ones I use in the day time

Average, had a couple of leaks. They weren’t better than the other brand I use in the day

1. We had size 5 and I loved how soft and stretchy they were.
2. The best feature was how much liquid they held. They lasted a 13 hour sleep!
3. They hold a lot more liquid and they don't ride around and give my daughter a wedgie.
4. 10/10. We've bought 3 more packs!
