I used the wipes on mobile phones, car steering wheel, gear stick and door handles and some door handles at home.
Which did you find the wipes most useful for?
Definitely for the mobiles, they are quite tiny little things and seemed to have been designed for that purpose. Family member is NHS front line staff and it was reassuring to properly sanitize his phone...given that he had to replace it after the first lockdown (using alcohol wipes on it had damaged it to the point it needed replacement)

Reassuring if they do what they claim, I’d love to be able to check but you are taking it on trust that they are working (I’m a natural skeptic!)

1- I used the Liquidnano steri wipes on our mobile phones, tablets, keyboards, TV controls, piano keys, car steering wheel, handles and controls, house keys. I found them most convenient for these things.
2- At first I was surprised how small they were but actually the size was very convenient with less waste.
3- I felt reassured that these objects stayed clean for 7 days.
4- I would recommend this product. Great for taking away and using in hotel rooms ( when we can travel again!).

I used them on the doorbell ( to help delivery men), door handles and on items taken into school such as folders. I have a daughter with auto immune disease , and I also have it, so we are being especially careful as a family, this has an unfortunate side effect of both my children being very anxious about Coronavirus . Having longer protection on things taken into school, and things that other people touch, was very helpful.

Simple to use, a handy size to keep in a pocket or bag as well as at home.

I do worry about using antibacterial products, because of antibiotic resistance, but in some instances they are necessary. The wipes gave me more reassurance than my normal soap and hot water on things like door handles, because I am getting a lot of things delivered at the moment and the longer protection is reassuring. The same applies to school folders and other items taken out of the home. My children are not in school full time because of the risk , but they are going in for some lessons and the wipes really helped them feel that their items were protected.

4.Would you buy the wipes again and would you recommend them to others ?
Yes I most probably would buy them again, I liked the size, the fact they were so easy to carry about, and the extra protection. I would definitely recommend them to others, I am going to suggest them to a friend who has a very vulnerable family member.

I used them in work. I have been in office very day since March and we are required to desk, laptop, phone, mobiles, chair arms, on a daily basis etc. Managed all of them fine

Door handles, taps, phones, letter box, gates and bin handles. I found them useful for the phones. Everything else they felt a bit too small for.

The first impression was the smell. They smelt horribly chemical which although reassuring that they would kill things I was I bit worried about this going beyond the microbe target. The wipes were really small and only really felt useful for small things like phones. I did like them being individually wrapped. Although for environmental reasons I wouldn't want this for use at home it was handy to be able to take a wipe out with me.

I liked the idea of the wipes. We got Coronavirus mid use of the wipes so I made an effort to use them on surfaces that outsiders might contact such as the bin handles and gate. I actually have only used one pack of the wipes so far as the warning of how harmful they were to the environment and wildlife really put me off them and I will only use them in what I class as necessary.

No. I think they are only really appropriate for high risk areas not the home.

I really liked them and thought they were perfect for small areas. I'm unsure how surfaces stay clean/sanitised if they are repeated touched but if they do it's a fantastic product.

They are a good size, smell okay and are quick and easy to use - no need to keep getting different produces from the kitchen, this one product does them all.

I have been wiping down daily so at first I was worried how/if they do actually work but after a couple of days - and reading the science - I did get more peace of mind. It was nice to have to not keep wiping things down.

Used first on my phone, as that comes out of the house with me. I followed that with my work laptop and a phone at work- other people touch these which concerns me. I also used it on the door handles at home.
Most useful for my phone, laptop and work phone because I feel most vulnerable out of the house.

1. What were your overall thoughts on the wipes?
   

I liked these. Instructions were simple when cleaning one item- clean with one side then use the other side but when I did the door handles I wondered whether to do all the handles in the first side, then all handles with the other side (which i did!) or if I should have used a new wipe each time (though a handle isn’t 1 square metre), or if I should do each handle in turn with each side? No instructions on this for multiple items.

I liked the idea of a coating that last 7 days, I did feel reassured. I didn’t notice the coating at all, it didn’t affect the use of my phone etc.
Is the coating removed if I clean the surface with something else? Not sure.

I’d recommend these to others for
Phones, might also suggest to my workplaces for shared items eg phones, photocopiers, door handles etc. Depends on price, of course

They seemed small initially but I was surprised what a large area they could cover as they were very moist. They had a very clinical smell, like going to the dentist, which added a layer of reassurance that they were hygienic.

Highest touch surfaces. Door handles, toilet flush buttons, light switches, phones, tablets, kitchen cupboard handles.

They were surprisingly small, more like an antibacterial wound wipe. Also, it is not clear from the instructions if you are supposed to use one wipe per item or how far one will go to still be effective on an area of surface.

It did give some peace of mind, especially given that one of my DC was self-isolating from a case at school. I was a bit concerned that it was liquid glass and wondered what effect, if any, it would have on our skin.

It would depend on the delivery system and the price. It would be nice to see some of the scientific test results on the packaging too. I’m not a huge fan of disposable wipes due to their environmental impact, but I might consider using the product as a spray in a reusable, recyclable bottle.

Handy packet size to keep in handbag, wipes were quite small which made them more difficult to use, great for phones but more difficult to use on bigger surfaces like door handles.

Having children home from school in isolation and having OCD myself, I would say they did give me peace of mind knowing I could give things an extra clean.

If the price is reasonable yes I would buy them, especially to use on phones. I have already told a friend about them who thinks they would be great for their child with anxiety about the virus.
