  1. Who did you use the creme for?

I used it and so did my husband

  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?

Itchy, flaky, fragile skin (me) and dry feet (me) and sore skin on hands caused by hand washing (husband)

  1. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem?

Sadly not in my case with the fragile itchy skin but I did notice that a burn on my hand healed much more quickly than usual. It did help my husband with his sore hands.

  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?

Yes it’s a great product, it just wasn’t right for my particular need. It soaks in quickly without feeling greasy which is unusual for a deep moisturiser.

  1. Who did you use the creme for?
Myself and my 3 and 8 years old daughters.
  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?
I have very dry, cracked hands, my daughter had a small 'wound' and the other one very dry skin.
  1. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem?
yes it did, but is not very good to absorb, feels greesy and stays for a long time, so after using on my hands I wasn't able to do anything without leaving smudges everywhere where I touched for a long time.
  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?
Yes I will as it reallt works

  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?

Really bad dry skin on my hands from using a cold water steriliser for my sons bottles.

  1. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem?

Yes it was amazing! My skin was originally chapped and bleeding and now feels soft

  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?

Absolutely!

Olinguito · 27/11/2020 17:13

1. Who did you use the creme for? Mostly me, although daughter tried a bit.
2. What skin problem(s) did they / you have? Used it on dry, flakey, itchy skin caused by eczema.
3. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem? It was not soothing when first applied - in fact it made my hands sting and the irritated areas came up red. However, when left on overnight it seemed to have done a good job of soothing and moisturising by the morning.
4. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others? Probably not, due to it stinging when first put on and being very greasy.

  1. Who did you use the creme for?
Me (33) and my Son (7)
  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?
My son has eczema and I have incredibly dry, flaky and red patches on my face.
  1. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem?
It definitely helped my son when he was experiencing a flare and it was gentle enough not to cause any further irritation and helped stop the irritation and reduce the raised patches.

I found good results on my face for the most part i.e. it really cleared up red itchy patches on one side of my face but I have a stubborn patch on my chin which doesn’t appear to want to shift!

  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?
Yes I would, I may need to see the GP about the stubborn patch that didn’t shift as maybe it is something I need medicated cream for but would think about using this cream again for ‘lighter’ patches and when my son may be experiencing another eczema flare. Thanks for choosing us to take part!

Slight eczema, sore/irritated skin around mouth and dry hands

  1. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem?

Yes

  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?

Yes. The cream was absorbed quickly into the skin and did not feel sticky and, importantly to DS5, did not smell. It felt pleasant on my fingers when I rubbed it in and will use it myself as I often get dry patches of skin on my face in winter.

  1. Who did you use the creme for?

Me, 34 year old female

  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?

"Flaky" dry skin. Not eczema (to my knowledge) but like small flakes over my face.

  1. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem?

Yes, the cream got rid of the flakiness for the duration of using it.

  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?

Possibly. My only criticism would be that I found it fairly oily and I wouldn't be able to use this without putting makeup, and specifically a powder on top to get rid of the oiliness.

It did stop me trying to scratch off the flakiness and left my skin much softer and easier to manage.

I suspect it would be ideal for those who may have a more serious skin condition. I feel like my issue is much more cosmetic than others may have.

  1. Who did you use the creme for?
Myself and both of my children (age 4 and 11)
  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?
Very dry and irritated skin, especially now when our heating is constantly on.

Definitely, I was very happy with the results. My older son gets dumpy skin on his cheeks when get very dry, now his face is basically smooth.
  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?
I certainly would recommend this product and would happily buy it again. I also did a little research and was pleased that price is also super affordable.
SarahJessicaFarter · 30/11/2020 18:46

Who did you use the creme for? Me!

  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have? Dry skin and sometimes sensitive
  2. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem? I found it a bit greasy so I used it as a barrier creme on my face after cleansing and before showering
  3. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others? Yes, nice packaging, fragrance free and suitable for even very young skin
Tigger83 · 30/11/2020 19:29
  1. Who did you use the creme for?
Me, daughter and son
  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?
I have eczema and dry skin, daughter dry skin son occasional dry skin
  1. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem?
Somewhat, didn't deal with a big flair I had but soothed low level dryness
  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?
Probably not, it felt too medicated and thick and I can get similar prescribed for my skin. It felt too grown up for my children, prefer child's farm for them (and me as a general moisturiser)
Specialcommunicator · 30/11/2020 20:24

  1. Who did you use the creme for?
Myself
  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?
Dry skin (particularly prone to dryness now with colder weather and central heating on)
  1. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem?
Yes, it did initially
  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?
I didn't like the feel of applying much so wouldn't want to use a lot in future. But if someone wanted recommendations, I would suggest this.
Vole3 · 02/12/2020 14:36
  1. Who did you use the creme for?
I used it for myself, 49 year old frontline clinical worker who is washing hands more than ever
  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?
Frequent hand washing + air conditioning + cold weather makes the skin on my hands slightly more desiccated than a mummy with flaking and occasional chapping / splitting 3. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem? Yes. Hands much softer and less sore.
  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?
Possibly. It needs regular application. Was quite thick and a bit greasy when reapplying during the day, not so much of a problem when I put it on last thing at night.

  1. Who did you use the creme for? Me, DH & DC
  2. What skin problem(s) did they / you have? Dry skin, nappy rash and eczema
  3. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem? Very good for dry skin, didn't seem to help the eczema.
  4. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others? Potentially. I found the cream quite oily/heavy so I am not sure I'd want to use it on my hands or face every day which is where my skin is the most dry.
GiveUsACoffee · 07/12/2020 00:29
  1. Who did you use the creme for?
I used this on my hands a few times a day...after hand washing, before bed, etc.
  1. What skin problem(s) did they / you have?
My hands tend to be very dry, chapped, even more so in cold weather. Nothing seems to help, and my hands can often bleed.
  1. Did the creme help soothe the skin problem?

Yes, I did find that the cream helped. It’s very rich, so I only needed to use a tiny bit each time. It gave good, lasting coverage, without feeling too greasy.

  1. Do you think you’d buy the creme again or recommend it to others?

Yes, definitely. I have a tube in my handbag, and I’ve already been telling others to give it a go.
