Yes over normal children’s fromage frais which is always too sugary.

I thought it was a great product to try and reduce the sugar in my little ones diet.

As a mid morning snack with fruit, stirred through spicy chicken to reduce the spiciness, as a dessert with purée mixed in.

My little one is a big fan of yoghurts and fromage frais, she didn’t seem to notice the difference and ate it all up as usual. I thought it was thick and creamy and not at all sharp.

I thought it was great. It tasted really creamy and it didnt have that sour tang you get with some plain, zero sugar yogurts.

I put it with fruit, on pancakes and even in some porridge to cool it down and make it creamier.

I liked that it was a smaller in size than most so it all got used where i find i end up wasting others. My kids likes the thickness and smoothness of the yogurt.

If it were to come up in conversation i would recommend it

We had some on its own with fruit, we had some over pancakes and fruit again, and I also used it as a dip (more for mummy!)

• How did you use Little Yeos Natural Fromage Frais for your children? I will admit that my daughter perhaps found it a bit too ‘yoghurty’ plain, but after mixing some puréed fruit through she really enjoyed it as a dessert.
• What did you and your child like about Little Yeos Natural Fromage that you tried? Ability to choose how much to give rather than having to open an extra small pot and waste it

My son enjoyed the Fromage Frais! He had it plain for the most part and it was a nice snack. The size was perfect and lasted about 2 days. I think it's a great way to make a quick snack with fruit or add to dishes or have for breakfast. Definitely see myself purchasing it again!

A handy big pot you can use as much or as little as you need. The recommended uses was clever and less plastic used was appealing

I would. I actually brought one natural and one strawberry so we could get a good taste of both flavours. My daughter chose the natural one first and demolished it in 4 days even wanting more!

Mainly as a yoghurt with a broken up fruit bar in it or just as a yoghurt. Though we did try the strawberry in porridge to help cool and thicken it though we would have needed to have added less or more than we did as none of us liked the taste :/ it would have worked better with the natural

The flavour was lovely. Would be great to see more choice of flavours. I would love to try using the natural one in recipes as it wasn't an over powering flavour and nice to see plain flavour available for children as my daughter loves vanilla but there aren't many fromage frais or yoghurts available for children

DEFINITELY AS YOU CAN TAKE WHAT YOU NEED, NO WASTE

My overall opinion is positive. It has a nice taste which my child enjoyed, and I think it can be used in several ways too which is a bonus.

I would buy it at a reasonable price.

I used it in two ways - one with fresh berries added for added colour, flavour and taste. And also I made frozen yoghurt treats with them.

I would recommend this product. I do like the smaller sized individual pots that I generally buy but I do feel there is sometimes a need for a bigger sized pot like this when you have other things to make.

Annoyingly I haven't used the voucher yet but HAVE bought it - ended up at one of the Tesco stores that stocks it by chance and left the voucher at home!

Really positive. We buy the Yeo Valley brand anyway, but loved this: nice and thick and creamy, smooth and nowhere near as "tangy" as I was expecting considering its unsweetened.

Absolutely.

Oscar enjoyed it both on its own and with fruit for breakfasts. I've also used it stirred through reheated food to cool it down, as well as to make creamy sauces.

• What did you and your child like about Little Yeos Natural Fromage that you tried?

The flavour and the texture were both a hit - for both me and DS! I also like the size of the pot...individual toddler yoghurt/fromage frais pots are generally too small for him!

Absolutely. Trusted brand (and local to me, which is an added bonus), a great product with no nasties, and a flavour that was a big hit.

i liked the fact that it comes in a big pot meaning i can recover it and use again later on in the day. also the fact that we could add it other food aswell like fruit and it makes a lovely healthy breakfast.

we used it on fruit in the morning as breakfast, for a treat after meals which the kids loved! we also added a little bit to wholemeal pasta and it just made it all the more delicious.

we loved the flavour. it wasnt too overpowering. and it wast to thick either which made it easier for my son to eat.

It was quite a small pot for the size, it didn't last my two (age 5 and 1) very long.

I don't understand how the plain frontage frais is different to plain live yoghurt so probably not as too small and expensive, I'll stick to our usual Little Yeos

It was nice, but obviously similar to other plain yoghurts. Texture and thickness was good as that varies hugely between products

we Used it plain and in smoothies (although the latter a bit wasteful as it could be any other brand regards thickness)
We added honey and had it with granola too (older two)

The older two didn’t like it as much without the honey or added fruit purée. The baby liked it.

Yes I would, a little less plastic waste, good brand and no nasties for tiny ones (and their bigger siblings!!)

We have just come back from holiday to find our voucher. Will have to try our big tesco store when I have a spare few minutes. We are all looking forward to trying the yogurt though as we are yeo yogurt fans

Thought it was brilliant. I give my boys the Little Yeos individual yoghurts and fromage frais but the larger size has given me greater flexibility with portion size, and I'm sure it's less packaging too.

Absolutely, I've found it on Ocado so am going to buy weekly - looking forward to trying the strawberry one!

My toddler tried it alone and then I also gave it to my 8,7 and 4 year olds to try with a little honey and some banana.

It was so thick and creamy, felt like a lovely greek yoghurt. My boys loved it.

Absolutely, I have done already and my sister's children are enjoying it now.

-What was your overall opinion of Little Yeos Natural Fromage Frais? DS wasn't a fan, he didn't like the taste and refused to eat more than a mouthful unfortunately. I tasted it and it tasted ok but didn't stand out from any of the other possibly cheaper brands.

Very nice! At first I thought the pot was a bit small but it’s rich so you don’t need much. DS (23 months) enjoyed it.

He only had a few spoonfuls when I gave it to him plain but it is quite rich. He definitely preferred it mixed in with raspberries and blueberries.

Tasted like a lovely quality product, didn’t have to take much out of the pot for DS (so it would last a few breakfasts) and the recyclable packaging.

• What did you and your child like about Little Yeos Natural Fromage that you tried? It was really creamy and thick. The taste was not too strong so a good introduction to natural yoghurt.

I enjoyed it, my youngest daughter (2) loved it but my 7 year old didn’t!

It was of nice texture and consistency, but wouldn’t eat it on its own. My daughter liked it with her fruit and cereal.
