  • Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
The DCs liked that there were 4 bottles of different colours and were excited to try them. They liked the bubble baths best.
  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?
They really liked the colour change bubble bath a lot because it was a magic bath!
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?
If the bubble bath is approved as safe then yes, but if not then no. We'd already received and tested it before receiving the warning from MNHQ not to use on under 3s. Despite emailing back and posting on the other thread no one has got back to me about why this warning has been issued. It also says to have a wash after the bath which is impractical with toddlers! The DCs are fine and loved it so if these warnings are removed then we'd buy again.
  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member?
Yes but see comment above.
Didiusfalco · 15/10/2018 12:21

My kids loved the fruity smells and the colour change bubble bath, which amazed them. I thought the sizes and prices were great.
The favourite was the strawberry shampoo, which they said smelt like strawberry sweets.
I would buy these again and recommend them to others.

Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
I liked that they came in big bottles that will last for a few weeks. They smell nice and and the bubble bath produces good bubbles.
My DD was excited to try out the colour changing bubble bath and will actually ask if she can have one just so that she can use it.
She hates having her hair washed but has let me wash it with both shampoos without complaint and her her is now lovely and soft and smells really nice.

  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?
The colour changing bubble bath. My DD enjoys squeezing it in to the bath to see the colour change and thinks it's magic.
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again? Yes, the strawberry shampoo and the colour changing bubble bath will be on our shopping list in future.
  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member? Yes definitely.

  • Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?

We absolutely loved the colour changing bubble bath. It was a source of wonder for all my children- even the 10yr old!

The fragrances too were delightful. Really fresh and fruity.

  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?

Definitely the colour changing bubble bath. No more arguments about having to do bath night. They all wanted to be first so they could see the change of colour!

  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?

Yes. It’s great value for money, great sized containers and you only need a small amount as the product goes so far so each bottle lasts for ages, even with four children using it!

  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member?

Certainly. I can’t think of a single reason why not to recommend these products. Thumbs up all round.

  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why? The bath and body wash was the favourite as it smelled lovely!
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again? I wouldn’t buy the bubble bath as it had no noticeable scent. I was also concerned about having to rinse it off after having a bath.

  • Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
The children liked watching the colour change bubble bath change from yellow to blue. I liked the size of the bottles as they will last ages. I also liked he scent of the blueberry wash.
  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?
I liked the body wash and bath. It smelt nice and made lots of lovely bubbles as well as being able to be used as a shower gel type product.
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?
The age restriction on the colour change bath was impractical as my children bathe together and one is under 3 and one is over 3. I worried about why there was a restriction as both my children drink bath water! even the over 3 year old. I would buy the other products again.
  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member?
Yes but I'd tell them about the age limit on colour change bubbles.

  • Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
We loved the colour changing bubble bath and it’s helped encourage my toddler into the bath on days when she has been a bit grumpy. All the products smell lovely and the bottle are a great size so will last well.
  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why? Colour changing bubble bath made bathtime fun again!
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again? The bath stuff but not the shampoo as it contains sls which is not great for curly hair.
  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member
Absolutely.

  • Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
It's definitely made bath time more interesting for the kids. There's usually some sort of battle or a kick off about bath time but the variety of colours (colour-changing even) and smells gave them a reason to get into the bath without argument. It was a big distraction. The colour-changing one not being suitable for smaller ones was a bit strange and a bit concerning. I really liked the blueberry wash too, I've only used it as a bubble bath, but there were a lot of bubbles and the kids really liked the smell.
  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?
My oldest two absolutely loved deciding which 'flavour' hair they were going to have. I would never normally have two types on the go, so there was a lesson for me there as we normally have the house screamed down when it's a hair wash night. I also probably wouldn't usually buy something that colour for their hair because I'd assume it's gimicky but it is actually really good and I even used it on my own hair a few times and was pleased with it.
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?
Yes definitely. I imagine the price is good as well.
  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member?
Already have...

Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
The colour changing bubble bath was a huge hit with my 3 year old. I liked the fact that they come in large bottles so will last a while.

  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?
The colour changing bubble bath - my 3 year old sometimes takes forever to get in the bath, this bubble bath made him want to have a bath without the usual fuss.
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?
As I have an 8 month old I wouldn’t buy the shampoos until she’s older as they’re not suitable for babies and I’d rather buy one shampoo that I can use on both kids. Having said that I will probably buy the colour changing bubble bath as my 3 year old loves it so much and it really helps in getting him into his bath.
  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member? Yes

  • Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
Loved the bright colours in the bottles and the sizes are great. They all smell lovely and lathered well. The bubble bath created plenty bubbles. The shampoo was great and kept the kids (and mine!) hair tangle free which was impressive as usually we still need a separate conditioner with 2in1s and the smell lasted. The colour change bubbles looked a bit dull in the bottle but was fun and we enjoyed guessing what colour it would change to before we put them in the bath. Although the directions on the bottle say to rinse off after use which isn't totally practical with young kids in the bath so I skipped this and not had any issues!
  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?
Super Strawberry 2 in 1 shampoo - kind on hair and smells lovely.
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?
Yes, I probably would depending on price but I'm assuming as it's ASDA it will be reasonable.
  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member?
Yes.
Sylviasmothersays · 16/10/2018 13:37

Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
We liked the smell, the size of the bottles and particularly the colour change bubble bath
Which was your favourite product in the range and why? The colour changing bubble bath. Although the colour change didn't seem dramatic, the kids really enjoyed the concept.
Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?
The shampoo didn't suit the girls hair (which is almost adult like in thickness), made it feel more tangly and didn't feel like it conditioned. I had to use a separate conditioner anyway. This isn't different from other kids shampoos, which have the same effect

Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member?
Yes to the bubble bath, potentially to the shampoo depending on hair type.

Brushyourteeth · 16/10/2018 20:41

Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
We loved it. Lovely fresh fruity scents and the colour changing bubble bath was a real hit with both of my children (8 and 3).

  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?
Definitely the colour changing bubble bath. A novelty that made bathtimes fun for the children. It bubbled up well too.
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?
Yes I would. I would think being ASDA products they are good value with big bottles that will last a long time. We all liked the scents too.
  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member?
Yes I would.

Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?

Children really liked it. Nice smells, and didn't seem to exacerbate eczema.

Which was your favourite product in the range and why?

My children would say the colouring changing bubble bath but (like others) it was a bit concerning to see that under 3s weren't supposed to use it, so that makes bathtime a bit harder, especially as you were supposed to rinse the children after their bath.

My favourite product was the strawberry shampoo and conditioner. Smelt really nice and was nice on the children's curls.

Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?

Yes to shampoo. Bubble bath only if strange advice about under 3s etc was clearer or things were sorted.

Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member?

Yes, definitely, for the shampoo & conditioner.

  • Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range?
The kids loved the scents and colours, and the animals on the labels were especially popular with DD2(3). They were particularly excited about the colour change bath but despite using loads it was a very subtle change and rinsing afterwards is a bit of a faff.
  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?
I'm not keen on berry smells but I did quite like the apple shampoo.
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?
Sorry but I probably wouldn't. I was really excited to try the range but after the second bath, DD2 was up in the night with an itchy underneath that had her in tears, despite a thorough rinse. Also DD1(11) found the shampoos weren't able to clean her preteen hair, even after two washes. Unfortunately we won't be using the remainder.
  • Would you recommend the products to a friend or family member?
Probably not; see above.
AdamBarlowsQuiff · 17/10/2018 22:24

We loved both the Apple and Strawberry shampoos. My three year old loved the smell of them and they both left her hair clean and shiny. She liked the bright colours of the products and also liked and used their names "can I have amazing apple tonight?"

I liked the versatility of the berry bubble bath as it created a lot of bubbles when used in the bath and we also used it a lot in the shower and it did a great job. The large bottle would last a long time.

I would definitely buy the range again although perhaps not the colour changing bath product. Although the kids were excited by it, it did leave them a little 'filmy' and I can see why the bottle warns that it would need rinsing off - completely impractical. A nice idea but I think I would use a bubble bar to better effect.

I would recommend the shampoos wholeheartedly as my three year old has curly hair which can be dry but both products left her hair in a lovely condition and she enjoyed having her hair washed with them. I would also recommend the Berry Bubbles. I think the colour changing bubble bath needs a noticeable sticker on the front of the product to warn about the age restrictions as surely most people using this range have very young children and would not think to read the small print before purchase. Or perhaps change it to a different Asda range.

  • Overall, what did you and your little ones like best about the Little Angels bath and shampoo range? My eldest, 3, enjoyed picking which bottle (by the pictures) he wanted in the bath - the “whale one” was his favourite. (I too liked the smell!) I thought this was quite a nice touch- the cute illustrations it looked quite nice lined up in the bathroom. The bubbles were fantastic and you didn’t need to use a lot of product to create a big bubbly bath.
  • Which was your favourite product in the range and why?
Colour changing bubble bath hands down! Made my son want to participate in bath time which was a nice change....I thought it smelt gorgeous too.
  • Would you buy ASDA Little Angels bath and shampoo range again?

Off topic but the bath and body wash makes a GREAT make up remover too!

Legageddon · 22/10/2018 21:10

Blimey these sound like chemical nightmares! Colours and smells and not safe under 3? Yuck.

Why did anyone use them?
Just bath kids in water. They don’t work down the mines.
